Don't get me wrong but the warehouse is unorganized. As in unorganized I absolutely mean the two managers running the show are just not courteous towards their employees and it seems the loyal hard working employees get disrespected and harassed more often than the ones who won't work. The President of the company is a great guy and seems more compassionate than the warehouse managers in question. If the warehouse had managers like the President it wouldn't be a bad pkace to work for! The managers just absolutely suck and lack respect towards the employees, and the managers are highly rude and unprofessional.

Staff is always so helpful with info on a new pet...animals for the most part seem to be healthy..and well takin care of..store is clean and they also offer some vet services on weekends...

I could write a book on my complaints about this store. The list ranges from the filthy animal cages, to sickly and dead animals all throughout the store, to the terribly incorrect care information given to their customers, to the selling of inhumanely dyed/injected animals. Horrible store. Uneducated staff. Getting really tired of trying to clean up after their mess and trying to help people who have bought animals here with inadequate supplies and information. Do not shop here.
