I'm complain that gave me wrong pasta

i ordered my pizza an hour ago and when i went to track it it had even been made yet. and when i called the store they told me it would another hour to deliver it. i would never recommend this store to one of my friends.

The worst pizza I've ever had.

I was attempting to order pizza but need some assistance with the menu. The man on the other end of the phone was not fourth coming with any information. He could tell I was struggling with what to order but gave absolutely no help what so ever. Called Pizza Hut instead.

Your cheesy bread is to die for and your lava crunch cakes are magnificent!!! Amazing service. Great Food. Dominos!

we had several good pizzas from the bonnyville location. we had not ordered anything from there in a few months so we ordered 3 different pizzas for birthday party. I don't know what had changed but these pizzas were the worst, over sauced, soggy, greasy, just terrible, we all could not eat them and threw it all out. I called the manager and said something was wrong there and he should check it out. he gave us 2 free large pizzas. we picked 1 of them up a few days later, wow they just as bad. we won't be back for the other one were done!

We have ordered pizza at this location for a few years now, but we had a pizza deliveried last night, and it was NOT GOOD. It was VERY over cooked, crust very brown. We were disappointed in the quality. Not sure if it is a new cook, but hope they look into it.

Best pizza in town. Quickest delivery I've ever seen, anywhere. Never had any complaints, and I eat alot of pizza!

Friendly and great service. Our favorite food is the PASTA BREAD BOWL and the sandwiches come in a close second! Should be something for even the picky or dieting family members.

I have been a regular customer at this pizza place since last year and i will say this is one of the best pizza places, they do not cheap out on toppings and being a student the pricing is exceptionally good.

HORRIBLE PLACE!! Be ready to wait three hours to receive cold pizza

ordered online for pick up with my credit card. when picking up they asked for my credit card, np, for verification. they charged me again for the same order but don't know how to refund me. what a joke. don't order online from this location. still waiting for refund 2 weeks later

I order large Brooklyn style with extra cheese chicken pizza for $18.06 when I came back home open the box and found regular large chicken pizza for $7.99.I called them back and they denied not apologize .But my question is did I for regular large pizza for $18.06 ?

This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employee who answered the phone could not take an order and had no idea what the current specials were. The delivery time was estimated to be between an hour and hour and a half. I would recommend others to avoid this location.

I've called 3 different times, ordering the handmade pan pizza. Every single time they say they are out of them, but can make me a regular hand tossed pizza. Um, doesn't the commercial show them using the hand tossed pizza in the pan for the handmade pan pizza?

We normally order papa johns and it takes 30 minutes max, decided to try Dominos tonight and it said 85-90 minutes since its Icey out. Obviously that was ok, it's been 3 hours! I will NeVER order from here again!! I can't even get them to answer my phone call to figure out where my money went since we are obviously never getting our food!!!

The pizza here is horrible. The pepperoni has a strange smell, and the sizes are off. Their cheesy bread was old and uncooked one time and a second time it was barely half the size of what it is at other Dominos locations. The service is unfriendly, a bunch of young girls that give you the evil eye when entering. Avoid at all costs...

Ordered pizza over the phone and got there 15min later for them to tell me they didn't have my order. Then they quoted me one price over the phone and then charged me a higher price when I got there. I just think if you quote one price that's what it should be! Not ordering from there again.

I order from here about 2x a month and they deliver fast. My pizzas always hot and they have never messed up an order.

Dominos pizza is gd. Although you should watch out for the employees. (Delivery) especially they tell u to bring your debit card and I.D. when you take your food. They take your debit /credit card and scrape the card # on their reciept paper . Please watch out for these scandalous employees. And my rating is for the quality of the food not the thieves that work for delivery .

I like this Domino's. I'm not a big fan of pizza because I'm picky about the tastes, but this place always gets it right. The staff is friendly, quick with the orders, and haven't made a mistake yet. It's refreshing to receive good customer service. I feel welcome every time I walk in, and appreciate not having to wait for simple orders. Deliveries take a little time, but they're worth the wait. I would definitely recommend Domino's for a great meal.

The crust was amazing, I was moist not dry but it was cooked and delicious!

after not receiving one of the orders, i actually received poor customer service in trying to resolve my missing order.

I am lucky. The Dominos near my house is a good store Some of these guys have beem there awhile. These guys take pride in making a pizza ypu'll enjoy then Bryan and Curtis will get it to you while its hot. 100% pleased.

I would just like to thank all the opening employees and evening employees at this Dominos 12213 University. They are always helpful, friendly and quick with service. Please keep up the good work fellas.

I had not eaten at Domino's for years and had them this weekend, I ordered online and it said it would be 36-50 mins til it was delivered, it was hot fresh and got there on time I was very impressed

It's impossible to get the right order. Build your own pizza? Get a bad result. I never get what I asked for... Just bad.

This location sucky. They take forever to deliver the pizza and forget items if you order more than one thing. Rarely will I get everything that I ordered at the same time. Most of the time the pizza looks like crap and taste even worse. I don't suggest buying from this location.

Don't call in because they don't know how to do there job or talk to people just a bunch of twats

domino's is doing something right ,there pizzas are all ways hot when delivered,and all ways consistent. best price also way would any one buy a frozen pizza at the store.

I really like Domino's. The really neat thing is if you dont feel like calling..or running out of call time minutes...etc. whatever your situation may be. You can order from their phone app! And it lets you know what they are doing to your pizza and time status of the pizza and itll let you know when its time to pick up. This domino's location I went to have very friendly sales associates. They made a mistake on my husbands order and apologized and fixed it quickly. I recommend Domino's for good quality pizza for the lighter wallets.

Avoid getting aggravated !!!!! Was waiting to order over the phone for 15 minutes and took another phone and called again and the person took my order while I was waiting in the other line!! Her excuse it was that she was the only one at the business, taking phone calls and making pizzas!!! Really!!!! no good business

I eat from them all the time my food is always delicious and they make sure their customers and happy! I love them thanks dominoes lava cakes and icing are the bomb!

Okay, I love Domino's, but this particular branch has serious issues. My husband and I ordered pizza, and an hour later (the predicted arrival time was 45 minutes) we called the restaurant, and were told that the driver had repeatedly knocked on our door and called. This was not true, and we were sitting just inside our front door the entire time, so we would have heard. The manager sent the driver back to the apartment, and the driver still claimed we did not answer the door. 2 hours later, we went to the store in person and were offered cold pizza at full price. We will not be ordering from this branch ever again, and my opinion of Domino's has suffered greatly.

The employees at this location must all be on a prison release program!! Dirty, rude, and just nasty. Can't you get any help that know what a bar of soap is!

Worse pizza place EVER. Food was bad. No one even wanted to eat the pizza (including 2 boys who would eat anything). Called & spoke to manager who was VERY rude and aggressive & began yelling at me! I was shocked! No one from my family will EVER eat there again.

Twice my credit card has been ran up with fraudulent charges and both times it was the day after I used my credit card to order pizza from this location.

Called last night to place an order to be pick up around 10:30pm. I was told "technically we are closed and that was it . But when i check online for your hours the closing time was 1:00am. it was a last minute party for my husband and friends. So our money went to pizza hut on route 10. Alway purchase my pizza from you guys,but thank you for turning me onto pizza hut. your staff was very rude

Most of the time my order is perfect and pretty quickly delivered. I can only think of two errors and I order from them more than most I'm sure. All in all, good pizza and great service.

I forgot to mention, we ordered three pizzas total. two thin crust, one traditional. the two thin crusts were burned, the traditional was not.

We ordered pizza from Domino's 96 Main street East location on a snow day! Mcmaster was closed that day and the streets were pretty hard to use. This was likely the cause for our pizza to arrive an hour and 40 minutes after we ordered it. So the pizza was cold. Anyway, we ordered two thin crust pizzas and they were both burned. To be honest though, the pizza that wasn't burned was really good, so they do know their craft, and when I called the next day to complain about the burned pizza I got the same one on the house (had to pay delivery though). I recommend Domino's pizza.

This pizza sucks, It was Cold, and not what I ordered. Then they lied and said they will pick it up and never showed up! 25$ what a WASTE, but I will be up there first thing in the morning, they made me add 1 star, but they are not worth that

I like to order here cause the staff take good care of their customer and their service wow its amazing they gonna tell you with in 20 to 30 min but be ready they gonna be there before 20min thats good service right there
