Customer service via 800 number

You would think Comcast would have better customer service!!!!! I have had so many encounters with bad experiences. Verizon is looking better everyday!!!!

Horrible customer service

Customer service is non-existent because you can't even get anyone to answer the phone. After being told to call an 888 #, yesterday there was no answer at that number. Today I get recordings to "Hold" and am immediately cut-off. This is unbelievable and unacceptable. Verizon, here I come.
