I agree with everything the 3 others review said. I will also add that i sat in line for 30+ minutes to get 4 new converters. Only to discover that i only received 3 remotes when i got home. This place is an abomination. They need to hire more employees & give loyal customers deals. Also hire security & management with people skills.They already charge 2-3 times as much for their service as dish network & direct tv & should learn to appreciate their loyal customers.
I went to this location to return damaged equipment, and got there at 5:55,and they close at 6:00. The man shut the door and locked it in my face and says rudely, "we're closed".All this after fighting rush hour traffic. Comcast is not out to help their customers , that's for sure. I am now definitely changing providers!!!
Comcast has the worst customer service! 25 minutes in line.. line never moved. They were going to ship the converter to me for $10. Decided to spend $10 in gas to wait in line for NOTHING!! Had to leave and have it shipped anyway. Something that should be free ended up costing me my lunch, gas and pissed me off completely. Their pricing only helps new customers.. not the loyal customers of years and years. COMCAST SUCKS.. make me rate to even post.. there are no SUCK stars.
The location on chapel st in new haven ct is one of the worst locations ever. The tellers are very rude and there are never enough people working to meet the needs of the patrons. I would never recommend going to this location. FYI the hours of operation say 8-5 on the website but the door says 10-6, someone needs to fix it because its pissing people off.
