So I stop in with my family and order the Manager's (not so) Special. The corn was chewy and/or underdone. The original chicken was some new soggy version that had no merit what-so-ever and by the time we got home to eat the rest of our meal we found that the chicken at the bottom of the bucket had been strategically placed to hide the burn marks all over it. Overall the customer service was not so oriented. Maybe try to smile or have some empathy for the customer as they stand there and wait for over five minutes before someone responds while their food gets cold. 5 employees milling around avoiding customers need to be evaluated if all they're doing is making eye contact and promptly allowing themselves to be busy before deciding who is, if anyone at all, to be the one to approach the customer. I only gave this review one star for the simple fact that the order was delivered in less than five minutes. But that was at the expense of quality control.
