We just ate at the Chili's in Benton AR and had to wait over 15 minutes for a table when they had an entire section open. Our waitress was waiting on at least 12 tables so our service was very slow. They have such poor management there. A couple of weeks ago we ordered a take out order when we went to get it they were out of chips and had cooked the wrong entree, they recooked our entree but we waited 45 minutes for our order. They gaves us our order free but when we got it home it wasn't edible so who cares if it is free we still didn't have dinner, this was due to how busy they were and how they were understaffed, again bad management.
