when calling to speak with someone is rediculous you stay on hold for forever and when you press 0 for the operator they hang up on you!!! i Hate Comcast they need a better phone system for customers and the options on the phone are stupid you can only go 2 ways and its either your a customer or not a customer im not a customer i just need to speak to a human not a machine!
