I went in there one day and it took the guy over an hour and a half just to start hooking up 2 phones and I ended up having to leave because it took him so long. Then, a few weeks later I went back hoping to get a another person and I called ahead of time to put a phone on hold and I drove 45 min. to his store and he had "just sold" the last phone he had on hold that was supposed to be for me. Crappy service and 0 points for customer satisfaction. Also, found it very weird that he had a cat in his store which is one reason we had to leave after hour and half because my son is very allergic.
