I had a horrible experience at this Goodyear October 10, 2013. B Walters was my service associate and he treated me like an idiot because I didn't want to pay for extra services I didn't need. He was rude, condescending, and overcharged me. He also refused to give a 10% military discount even though I am a member of the military and Goodyear is supposed to give discounts for military members. Save yourself the grief and outrageous costs and go somewhere (anywhere) else.
