I walked into this store today and was asking a few questions, the guy answered with such rude attitude. He was annoyed answering questions..but his Job is activating and answering clients questions..my question was "why does it say unlimited 4g data when he said it is limited to 2gigs". With His tone and attitude he said "why you bitching at me, ask the company" How can you say such word to a customer... And if you are selling a phone service should u not know most questions clients will ask....especially if it is false advertisement...he should get out of customer service business. Very upset. I have never met anyone this rude in customer care. He is messing with the wrong person. BBB also Willa be notified.
