i went in the store seen lots of staff all doing there own thing chatting with each other not one try to help me did not say nothing so on that note you lost out on my money i will not go there again i bought a washer and dryer and a labtop els where
got my laptop there,,,never again,laptops are not service ready,then they want you to pay another 3 t5 hundred for a warrantee,wish that was on the shelf price,,thenm they want like what 90 bucks to get it ready for the internet,to burn a backup disk,,,you know when you buy breakfast ,they eggs and bacon are all on the same plate

I bought this new laptop and it took them 6 hours to get it ready for me. Forced me to take two trips into town. big waste of my time
But four hours to get it ready for me to take home is a little crazy!!! Now I have to make a second trip from Shawnigan two days in a row....what a waste of my time.
The techs in Duncan Connect Pro are excellent. The lead guy, Dave, is awesome at trouble shooting. Thanks for getting me up and running again!
