This morning I waited 15 minutes on line to purchase a couple of items while two registers were occupied by customers. There was no manager available to call up anyone to open new registers to move the waiting customers along as the line was growing. When I said something to one of the cashiers, other customers chimed in and told me they have been having similar experiences at Marshall's an T. J. Maxx. I tried to log into Customer Service at their web site but it didn't open.
