Ihave alway been an Arby's fan. Today I went through the drive-thru. Immediately, a man asked to take my order in such a loud voice that I jumped. I asked for a minute to look at the menu. When I placed my order, it was with a different male voice. The menu choice was for mini twins or mini combo. I ordered the mini twins. He asked if I wanted the combo. No, I replied, just the mini twins. Again, he asked if I wanted the mini twins combo. No thank you I again replied. They looked good with french onion rings on top of the meat - IN THE PICTURE. When I got home, no french onion rings. I called and was told there was nothing they could do. Off to Hardees, TacoBell, McDonalds, Burger King or anywhere else where service still matters.
