Bank does not help with resolving problems. They have phone apps, but they do NOT have online bill pay. Several times payment sent was never received, therefore to keep my outstanding credit I quickly call to make payment in turn I get charged a large fee. For years I have asked when can they get with the times and set up online bill pay, They couldn't help.
