U.S. Post Office El Paso TX

They never answer the phone, really bad service

OMG!!! I have called and called they never ans. the phones so annoyed !

slip says my package has been deliver yet nothing, been calling post office and they wont answer phone... also every time I go in they blame the mailman for having it and just driving it around.... would be nice if they could stop making me waste my time

This facility and the postal carriers don't have a clue about how to deliver mail. It must be rocket science or something! Five times over the last 8 weeks, my mail or packages have been mis-delivered. Once the facility just kept an evelope at the facility for no reason when it was sent by 2-day delivery. There was no signature required yet just kept it without leaving a slip in my box. Four other times, they have delivered it to my apartment office, again without leaving a slip. I am continually left to try to find my packages. I talked to the manager once and he is the most clueless of them all! I've never used a postal office as a criteria when moving however when I move next, I'm going to try to find a place somewhere that is serviced by a different postal facility.
