T-Mobile Crosby TX

Well after trying the service for 4 days and paying over $200 . dollars for a phone that I returned in 4 days to the Crosby TX. Store, the manager informed me that there was a restocking fee. Now every month I get a bill in the mail after telling them about this they told me they never got anything from that store, sounds like a serious management problem but I would really like to have some of my money back, and for them to stop billing me, I am a truck driver the first time I took it out to a rig it did not work and I was not happy with the performance of the service, and returned it and 4 days and this is what I've got in every sense.

Be very careful here I went over there looking for a prepaid phone I am a truck driver I tried it out and paid cash ,four days later I return the phone, every month I get a bil! For a service I don't have, and a phone that I returned to them, , we're talking almost $300 cash.

My boyfriend bill was due yesterday he payed on his cell phone 70.00 and 2 day his phone is off very dissapointed I will be going up there 2day at 10 when they first open because this shouldn't have happened at all if u don't know what u doing please shut your building down

And they only get one star /they shouldn't get no stars there service is poorly
