I have been in this store about 4 times and usually 5he employees are a little grumpy and act like they don't want to be there however this morning I went in and the employees were very friendly and so helpful they even had smiles on their faces thank you so much for making my day
This location of T-Moblie has the worse in-store customer service in Charlotte. I recommend they close or replace all the staff in the store. I am a old SunCom now T-moblie customer for almost 8years. The trunover rate in this store is terrible. The last time a made a payment in this store, the lady how took my 85.00 payment was very rude. Especailly when I inquired about gettin my payment plan reduced. The manager was not help either. So I contacted the headquarters in Orgeon or Washington state. They worked with me very much, and talked me out of going to Verizon. As a former customer service manager, i suggest more training or an immedaite dismissal from servcie. Or lack of service.
