Hours may fluctuate
Every time it go there they never have any bread or there is a wait no soup. For instance if you see your running low on something why you make more so you don't run out. It's my 4th time going in there and they don't have what I want or it's cooking bad service. I see customers leave because they don't have what they want like whose the manager leaving these kids unattended
Although the food at this Subway is perfectly fine, there's a lot to be said for good customer service or lack thereof. I am used to the "Good morning, welcome to Subway" greeting, but there is one young man whom I encounter in the mornings who doesn't even ask "May I take your order?" He just stands there and waits for me to speak. There is no "thank you" when he rings up the order. He literally asks three questions "Do you want that toasted? What do you want on that? and "Is that all?" This morning as I was leaving he looked startled when I said "And you have a nice day!" This lack of good customer service bothers me to the point that I will no longer be spending my money at that restaurant.
