Bad service they only cared to sell me phones because they were on commission

Poor service

Poor customer service. Technician looked over phone and said charger was unfixable and offered replacement. Manager called back and said never mind we found water damage and will not replace it. What? You don't tell someone we will replace your phone and then change your mind. Bad service.
