Most unprofessional pharmacist I've had to deal with in a long time.he lies and is very rude.if he don't like his job he should find another.

Love the store and employees. Great location and the sales are awesome. The pharmacy department is very professional and will always have my business.I also love the fuel perks and the gas prices are already low so I paid 1.75 for twenty gallons of gas.

I shop at this store very often, close to my job, and the customer service is very good. Sometimes I comes from the west side of town to shop here. I would recommend this store to a lot of my family and friends, Thank you Winn-Dixie for providing excellent service to our community.

Just want to say Thank you so much for the Florist working at the store today. She made a beautiful arrangement for us to put in front of one of the soldier's cross at the Florida Fallen Memorial on Hood and St. Augustine. There wasn't anything already made appropriate for the Veteran's display and she did an awesome job! Thank you so much!

Store needs to be upgraded inside looks old and not clean also service is awful.

I've been using this winn Dixie for a few years now and could not be more impressed. Staff and management are happy and eager to please and the store is well organized and clean. Most important to me is the space available for navigating with a scooter. I am diabled and this is the first and only of any store that I have been able to comfortably navigate through. I am not forced to leave without any part of my order because I wasn't able to reach something or worse, get to something at all. Thank you Winn Dixie for the awesome leadership at this Winn Dixie that makes this all happen.

This is by far my favorite Winn Dixie. The store is clean and organized with a friendly staff. I find more organic products at a good price. I only wish they had a wider range of meat, organic almonds, cashews, peanuts and various seeds. Also, I can never find Reduced Sodium Beans (Winn Dixie Brand) and have to make another trip to their competitor, Publix Supermarket. On the other hand, Winn Dixie prices are great. I always save $15-$30 more compared to taking my entire shopping anywhere else. They have more sales than Publix and Whole Foods. One can actually see the benefits in the sales, discounts and buy one, get one free specials.

They have no customer services and every time I call they never answer the phone and when u finally get through u still be on hold it just dont make no sense!!!!!

I've been going to this Winn Dixie for approx. 20 years and I must say that the employees are friendly and courteous and always have a great disposition! The store is immaculate and everything is organized. Thank you for being as nice as can be!

Of all the grocery stores this is really the best.

This store boasts hours of 6:00a to midnight. Although they don't take their hours seriously. I cannot count how many times in the last few months I have gone there at 6:15 to be turned away because they won't be open until later. This morning it was because the floors were wet. Not a good enough reason. I own and operate a nearby business and rely on them to be open when they say they're going to be open.

Ok so I looove winndixie, but this place is a freaking dump! Gross nasty stinkin seafood dept that you can smell literally as soon as you walk in. Dirty floors, un stocked shelves, just horrible. Ya know its a shame that they would even pay people like that, when there's honest hard working people that would love to have a job at all!!!!

I went there and the service was terrible, the employees were rude and everything was disorginized and messy. I could not stand the smell either.

I live across the street from this store and have been shopping here for 7 years. The TOTAL management team is the best I have seen here... or in other food stores. From the top (Adrian, Store Director) through all department managers- cash, deli, bakery, etc., are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I wish all Florida businesses were run this way.

I go there every time everyday , and i always see this girl named josely something like that and she is always mean , for example if you ask her something she will roll her eyes with a bad face like you were bothering her , she is always mad and that's the person we don't want to see in a place like that , by the way the store is perfect everything is good and clean

I applied at this Winn Dixie 3 weeks ago.I was interviewed,pass the Drug test,Told I had the job.It has been 3 weeks and I still havent started.Last Monday I got a call from them saying"Everything is good to go"Ill call you to let you know when your first day is.They never called.I called them.He said come in Sat. 12:00-6:30.I went,Heres the confusion again.I wasnt. Even on the schedule.Sent me home.These people are so unproffessional and disorderly,Their managers,but they dont even know whats going on.I have never seen anything like this.I will never recommend anyone to this store.I should have stayed at Publix.

I am very pleased with the service of bakery a short female was very polite and stopped what she was doing to make me a cake right then. I don't know her name but she had purple or burgundy in her hair

Gramercy Winn Dixie has won the award for the biggest around St. James Parish and also, the most UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would have rated it -100 but i didn't have that option so I put a 1 star.

I like shopping at this location and my experience is usually a pleasant one. However, I was in the deli section on 9/4/2013, my wife and I waited 20 minutes before being acknowledged. Employees were complaining about the nightshift bakeries baking to much foods. The deli employee was waiting on one customer and jabbering back and forth with the women in the bakery section, who had no customers. The complaining was loud and very unprofessional. It was all negative comments about store employees. Finally, after a 20 min. wait the bakery employee came to our aid. They were talking so much that one customer order was wrong and employee said that customer was wrong. Paid no attention to customer to busy gossiping and complaining.

No I do not have any experience in retail, but i`m a fast learner, and hard worker. When I enter your store to inquisitive about potential work, they tell me to apply online. I`ve searched for application links but get no results. I was wondering if you guy`s had any insite that might help.

Hours listed are WRONG! They close at 10pm!

The store is gloomy and old. It needs a face lift big time. On top of it the parking lot needs a face lift and better lighting. Addionally, the prices are so high I do not understand how they stay in business. The staff is friendly.

Way overpriced and worst service ever

I have been calling the store all day and it just rings off the hook. Trying to reach the Manager to find out why at 7AM today, Tuesday, June 11, 2013 an item advertised on the 3-day special was not available. Was told that the sale was over although I tried to explain to the person, presumably in charge, that t deadline is at midnight.

I was there at the store in line checking out. A young black fellow was cursing and disrespecting a fellow cashier. I really could not believe my ears. Hopefully she reported it. Omg not my business though.

I will never shop here again i seen a rat ran into the produce and the people that work need home training

I moved here from NY and I was just told by a friend to check the store out. I stoped in to check the prices out. I could not get over the assortment of liquors that they carry and the prices are low. I will shop here from now on.

I was sick of the long wait and poor customer service at Walgreens. The pharmacists are always available and helpful and seem like they really care.

We love to shop at your store. Everyone is so thoughtful and polite. The meats are the best you can buy.. not even a butcher shop can beat your meats. I love getting the buy one and get one free and other specials you have. Last night, we stopped in to buy a few things and as usual it wasn't only a few things. Unfortunately, the weather outside had changed and got cooler and so did your store. It was so cold in the store that we actually had to leave sooner than we wanted. Others within the store said it was so cold that they were leaving. I can understand it being cooler by the meats but the whole store? Mary M

this store has not had the fuel perks throughout the store on many items as they once did about four weeks ago. when asked why is there now only a handful of items (about a little over five items) they no longer have fuel perks tied to the multitude amount of items as before. when asking the clerk about the issue, the response was i don't know and then i asked the manager in the main store next door. his response, i don't know you would have to ask corporate. not even the manager knows why are having this issue. now that's crazy. i've emailed a few times to acquire the information to ask someone that does have an answer and have not gotten any feedback. a manager of a store answers "i don't know", maybe this store needs to look in to finding someone that can manage the store, a person with answers....
