Tried to visit The Wiggin's, Mississippi store but was blocked from ordering by a truck & trailer for 15 minutes! These men were in Wendy's drive thru. packing & working on their truck & trailer! You lost 4 cars wanting to order but couldn't because they had the drive thru blocked for over 30 minutes, 5 including myself! The manager should have had the truck move! Don't worry never will visit a wendy's again! Will let edveryone on Facebook know as well!

The food was old, the lemonade taste like dirt The french fries were aweful The service really poor

This was possibly the worst fast food experince I have ever had. Stopped in after a lacrosse game at Howard High. Had 2 customers in front of me and by the time we finally got our food (nearly 20 minutes - no special orders) there were 7 people behind me. The workers moved slow, the cashier was extremely lethargic and uninterested in waiting on us. I saw an old couple sitting in the store and my wife and I postulated that we would be that old befoe our food came out. Fortunately everyone was calm and in a good mode. It could have been a riot.

When I went to this Wendy's I saw a older manager yelling at her staff members... Very unprofessional!!! I love the staff so seeing them being yelled at in front of customers mad me not ever want to go back here again!!!

A wonderful, kind lady waiting on me at this Wendys last Thursday. I was very ill from medication for asthma. I ordered my lunch and paid, but I asked for crackers and she put some in my bag. Those crackers helped me get thru my day. I just want to thank her.

Workers always are helpful and kind. The food taste great and for the most part by time i get to the 2nd window my food is ready.

Can they not get anything right. Ordered large chili got s small. No spoon, no crackers, no straw. The lady said they were in the bag. Guess they have no idea what they're doing. Not the first time this has happened. They just lost a customer. I'll never go to another Wendy's

The salad had grit in it like maybe the lettuce was not washed completely. I tried calling the restaurant but their phone line was screwed up.

Tried 2 Pretzel combos. What happened to hot food hot and cold food cold? Do we not cook to order.?Especially at 10:30PM.

Hello I would like to just tell you all that I love your smiling faces and great customer service. For the past 6 months I have brought my 2 year old son Blake by to get chicken nuggets and lemonade. On Wednesday He had heart surgery and is doing great at ACH. Love u all very much you are so sweet. They have already closed his chest!! And he is asking for CHICKEN NUGGETS!!!LOL

I was at wendys last monday and it upset me that the manger was yelling at the lady who was making sandwich she was trying hard and making all the sandwiches and he was just yelling how can she work like that i can tell she was upset i was sitting and eating there i was gona say something but it was not my place to say the chicken sandwich she make was the best the way i wanted and all other people was i talk to they were not happy with that manger its not right i will say that try to fix it or no one will come to that place sorry for that lady keep up the good work

This was by far my worst wendys experience. Me and my boyfriend ordered a bacon deluxe, a 1/4 lb hamburger, and a chilli cheese baked potato. When we get home, we opened the bag and find 2 nasty looking grilled chicken burgers and the baked potato was horrible. And to top it all off we waited 15 minutes for this "fast food". Not impressed.

Went to hanford Wendy's drive thru and placed my order..drove home and served up 20.00 worth of food and found some other order. I paid extra for 1/2 lb pretzel bacon burger n only got a 1/4 lb fries were old n soggy and I was missing another burger n fries. Service was slow a "manager" tried to explain it off astrainin employees for another store..... I haddent been to wendys since it moved out by lowes and I doubt I will go back....beware n really check over your order and be prepared to have a wait to even get your order....

We ordered the new pretzel burger and we checked the bag like we always do. What we didn't check is to see whether there was actually a burger in the sandwich!!! And I am SURE we we overcharged. When we went to call them the phone no one answered and it went to the fax. VERY unhappy customer. We will never go back to that location.

Everyone working in this location was great friendly, the food came out fast and the way I wanted it I will go out of my way for that service

Drive through window Slow to take order. Forgot eating utensils and drinking straws. Lid came off coke and spilled on my husband (driver) i had to ask for another lid. did you ever try to eat a frosty without a spoon or straw? And the bill came to $22 for 3 of us! We come through St Cloud twice every week during the summer. Won't be stopping here again.

The service was nice I liked the new pretzel bread it has a nice flavor, and also it seemed all the employes were smiling. They were really nice in pick up window.

Really Rude People Manager are Rude Employee Are Rude Hate This Wendy's!

Wendy's is usually a pleasant experience so this really surprised us. We went there 5:30pm today. The nuggets tasted like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for 3 hours, the tea was sweet instead of normal. They had no baked potatoes, the chicken in the apple pecan salad tasted like rubber. Unfortunately the lady who took our order was rude and unhelpful with catering to our needs. We won't be returning there and have already advised a military colleague not to choose this particular location as she was considering. It would be a shame for this place to get more poor reviews especially in a popular pocket for military personnel to visit.

stopped in today, went inside because I wanted to use mt new debit card, and did not want to hold up the drive-thru. i gotta say that the people working there were a delight! they treated EVERY customer like they were family, and had the orders ready quick. you could tell that they really enjoy each other and their job! nice change, I forgot what that is like for a fast food restaurant! Nice going team wendy!! makes me want to work there!

Seems like the new management is turning things around at Cranberry. Service and cleanliness seems immediately better.

The Elizabeth Street Wendy's is no longer.serving Frosties that are cold enough. I used to make a point to buy a frosty at this location because they were very cold. They now serve Frosties that are melting when served. I stopped on 6/21/13 to complain to the manager and he pretty much ignored my complaint. I will keep checking, but have not bought a meal and Frosties here for several months.

Have ordered BLT Cobb salad several times and it seems they have a problem adding 2 key ingredients each time - bacon and blue cheese...idiots

I am blown away by this location as a whole! The employees, the food, the cleanliness and landscaping, EVERYTHING! By far, the nicest employees I've ever dealt with, yet still fast and accurate! Smiles from everyone I saw and It felt so nice to be thanked, I mean GENUINLY thanked with eye contact and my name. What an experience! I am so pleased I chose to hve lunch at Wendy's today, and will for sure returning! Keep it up!

We were very disappointed last weekend when we entered Wendy's to use a coupon for free small fries & drink with purchase of a Ciabatta Bacon Cheeseburger. The Wendy's on Porter Rd. in NF, NY had no idea what we were talking about. But I see the coupon says 'Participating Wendy's locations' so we are out of luck. So we asked for baked potatoes but they were out so we left, disappointed and unsatisfied.

I don't think you have any idea of just how FANTASTIC your Chilli Cheese Fries are ... I get them at least 2 times a week, Extra cheese and a smll chilli to add that extra sausy taste... Oh and the Sea Salt, can't forget that.... Man I am Addicted !!!! Thanks !!!

I was in Wendy's in Golden Valley last night and it was filthy,tables dirty, condiments was not stocked. I had to ask for napkins. Management doesnt give rat ass you tell them about it, they say ok we will handle it and they dont

I saw the commercial on TV and couldn't wait to go to Wendy's and get one. I was very disappointed was noting at all like what I saw, about 3 strawberries been sliced up if that and blueberries about 4 the rest lettuce ( oh a few pieces of chicken)

be prepared to spend some time there, it is not fast or good food by any stretch, you cannot understand anyone that takes your order and mine was wrong after two tries I took what they gave me and left,i think it is the worst place to eat on the Alaska hiway

I went to Wendy;s Last night around 8:30 and ordered the Apple Pecan salad, I paid cash, I didn't receive a receipt, nor the pecans, nor a napkin, and not even a fork at the drive through. I tried to write to them direct but couldn't, so here I am on REVIEWS. I've taken a lot of friends to this Wendy's and have had perfect service, not last night.

Normally a big fan of Wendy's but not this one. Don't go through the drive through and if you do, double check your order. These guys like to charge you for something and then not give it to you. What's worse is the manager's indifferent attitude about it when you complain.

Just tried your berry almond chicken salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing. It was deliciously fresh, flavorful, filling, & fruity. I'd order it again in a heartbeat.

Customer service was pretty good. I had no problems with my order and the food was good.

I visited Wendy's on 5/27 on my 30min. lunch break. When I got back to work I noticed that I was missing a med. nat. Lemmon drink. I called @ 5:05 pm. and no answer!! this is very poor customer service. I will not purchase at Wendy's again...

So I got to Wendy's and order chicken wraps and chicken sandwiches. I'm allergic to mayo and told them just lettuce . Not only was I the only one in the drive thru . I was made to pull up like they were busy and I got mayo all over my food . I got money back and will never go back to Wendy's again so long as I live

Drive through girl was rude. The burger when opening wrapper fell on my lap with pickles and mayo ketchup all over my pants, sloppily put together. Usually your Wendy's are very good, but not a good experience at this one. I went on may 21st at 430pm.

why do you say you have appliciations online when it gives you more than one application, which are not the right applications. for example one was for a school application. why can't I just come into the store to fill out an application for whatever position your hiring for. this is very frustrating, please reply to me, thank you for your time.

I bought a jr bacon cheeseburger and value fry and value root boor and 6 piece spicy chicken nugget. Everything was great except the burnt hard chicken nuggets . Plus they were cold !

about an hour ago bought chicken nuggets and large fries and they they were full of grease you could see the oil on they and it tasted like stale oil very disappointded. had to throw away all of it .

Having a bad day and seeing the beautiful young smiling kara at the window makes lunch much better great attitude and great smile!

I enjoy eating at Wendy's mostly because of the healthy choices. Basically each time I stop by Coldbrook and try to order either the chili or baked potatoe I have no success. Today was no different. My husband and I were travelling from Halifax and before we arrived home in Greenwood stopped to have a bite to eat. There was only person at the cash who was putting orders together and with only one customer in front of us we weren't expecting a 10 minute wait. We tried to order our usual baked potatoe and Chili but were disappointed that there were no potatoes again.

Ordered a number 1 combo with no letuce and what do I get letuce on my burger, my wife orders a chicken sandwich that was so cold it wouldn't melt the cheese. 5 people in the resturant and we had to wait on fries. Snails move faster.

I visited this Wendy's on Sunday afternoon, May 5th. During my visit, I observed the young lady entering orders in a slow but acceptable method, but 3 of the 8 orders that came from the prep area were incorrect, including mine. The product was returned, promptly disposed of and new orders prepared.This costs profits, let alone customer inconvenience. By the time we could eat my other order was cold.

Great place to eat, cheap, clean, manager there i do believe name john or johnny is awsome took care of us and went out of his way to make sure we left happy... def. B back....

I enjoy wendys food especially the salads and most of the staff is very friendly anf very helpful. I have been at this location several times and have seen them offer help to several customers who may not be able to carry their trays and get them their extra stuff of straws and napkins and anything else they may need

The food was good, the restaurant was very clean. My son's girlfriend left her purse there and has been calling constantly and noone will answer the phone. Headquarters was called and they couldn't even get through. They sent them an email. Hoping her purse is there. A little frustrating when you live 1 1/2 hours away from there. Still giving them a good rating as you never know, their phones may not be working properly.

I have a son who is disabled. Hope Mullins and Hope C. and others who work there made him very happy. Moments like the one's the staff there gave him will always be remembered by him (and Myself). I will get all of them gifts or gift cards when I can. Thank you so much.

We live across the street from this wendys so on top of it being convenient it we have never had to return because of our order being incorrect. We have been here so many times and our order has been right every single time. I used to work for wendys and I know that getting orders right over a rush isnt easy but whatever this store is doing....KEEP IT UP!!!

I have been to this Wendy's on union deposit road many times with my kids.but today I notice an employee that was out standing. Her name was Sasha. She was extremely polite her customer service skills were top notch. She greeted customers as they were walking in she ask if we were enjoying our meal while she was wiping tables. She made it a truly enjoyable meal. There are not many young people with this work ethic anymore. I really hope she is rewarded for her hard work thanks

I got a new fish sandwich here because the add's made it look so good. It was awful, a waste of money. Probably be a long while before I return Wendy's.

each time i go to Wendy's at night after work the guy at the drive threw is very rude, his tone is like he is bothered that i came in so late. Not each time but 3 out of 7 times which is too much

This place is literal shit. The general manager is very rude if you make the smallest complaint. My sandwich was cold and the ketchup tasted like pure vinegar. Don't waste your money coming to this place. It's very dirty and the food is disgusting.

I eat Wendy's salads as I do like them but on several occasions like today the drive thru was dead was told to park aside to wait 10 minutes for a salad only.Then I don't get dressing usually I get dressing to find out it's wrong one now they give no dressing.How hard of order is that come on.

My second time going to this Wendy's and it was a very bad experience very rude service was going to get a salad w/coupon and some other items for my co-workers but after she rolled her eyes as if to say can't you read the board I asked for my coupon back and went to McDonalds bad service from someone you pay didn't get her name because I was in a hurry will not go back to this store

We stopped in for two Cod Fish meals on our way out of town around 5:10 Saturday afternoon. We paid over $12 for two cod fish meals. The fish was hard around the edges & lukewarm in the middle. The fries were also lukewarm. We paid cash & weren't given a receipt. We will NEVER go there again!

waited 7 minutes for order -manager approached and went in to check order, 4 min. later gave us our order, it was wrong had to turn around with trailer and come back manager was out front and was very rude. Called me vulgar names as he walked back into store causing me to get out and demand a refund and apology. Manager denied calling names and rudely gave refund. NEVER GO TO THIS WENDY'S it is unlike any other!

Last night returning from Newmarket to Peterborough we stopped at the Wendy's in Port Perry. In order to enter and exit the restaurant we had to walk through a group (15 or so) of smokers. They were less than 3 feet from the door. Please enforce the smoking bylaw and make it more enjoyable for your non smoking customers to enter your premises. I will not visit this restaurant again as a result.

me and my friend got hungry and decided to go to wendy's at the 8th st location. After waiting in line for 15 minuets with no 1 in front of me i finally go to order. 10 minuets latter my friend got to order his meal 2. another 10 minuets latter he gets his order and i get a your food will be ready in 3 minuets. So what to do? don't feel like standing anymore after standing for so long already. No clean table to sit at unless i wanted to sit at a table full of sticky grit. Finally i get my order only to see some girl behind the till making food and chewing gum and playing with it wile making food.

Lady in the drive thru on Tuesday April 2 2013 was extremely rude. I ask for more crackers and a different dressing and she huffed and when I said thank you she replied "yep". I own my own business and would not allow this type customer service ever!

Waited 10 minutes and no one took my order. They were to busy doing drive threw and forgot the people inside. There was about 4 more customers behind me.Clerk said he would be with me in 2 minutes after waiting another two minutes I left abd and went to Burger King right down the street on Montana. What a big difference in service. Will never go back to that place again.

Twice I have been cut off before I completed my order Food is cold. Employees are impatient, it doesn't matter whether they are busy or not; they seem to want the customer to go away ASAP I go to Wendy's on Nichol Ave because it is close to my house and work; but I'm going back to Taco Bell.

This wendys for some reason has the slowest counter service EVER. I haven't done the drive thru but I'm sure its the same. I don't even know why its as slow as it is but its like that every time I go.

My friend and I stopped In this location to grab a quick bite to eat on our way to Gainsville , Fl. I haven't ate at Wendy's in 5 yrs. I now remember why... The burger was ok but the fries tasted like that had been refried from the day before and were burnt... Very disappointed.... And it will be even longer if ever again that I eat at a Wendys

I do not want this on your web site. I want the owners to see this. We waited in line for 20 minutes in the drive thru. to find out the problem is a customer had a problem. There were 4 cars in front of us and they pulled out. Some had given orders already. Seems to me if a person has a problem, the space for special orders is the place to get it straight. NOT the line and hold all the cars up. The line behind us was out to the street until they started to leave. I usually do not go to your Wendys because of the attitude there and this just verifies it. What is the matter with you. I have never run into a Wendys like this. Shame on you.

I ordered a Baja Salad and first of all the women who attended me was very rude.Second of all I had an appointment in 20 min and had to get home as soon as possible to eat then go. To my surprise there was NO CHILI!!! I was very upset. Not only didn't I get what I ordered. But I was already running late. horrible service.

My driver side car window is broke so I went inside to order some food. There were at least five employees all taking care of drive through customers. After five or more minutes, I left as nobody would even come to the inside counter to take my order. This happened twice. I will never go back.

Ordered a chili and caesar salad...pretty simple order I think. Well, caesar dressing was not in the bag when I got home. How good is a caesar salad without caesar dressing. Tried to call them and no answer and no answering machine either.

I look forward to going to Wendy's daily. If my order is not correct due to some lack of communication, please do not treat me as if am a nobody who is getting on your nerves and want go away. Just want to let the employees who worked on 11 March 2013 around 8:00 pm. Know that I am so pleased with the service I received when my family and i came through the drove through, was so professional. Our food was not packed into one bag but distributed evenly between two bags and a child's meal. We didn't have to ask for condiments, napkin,s or straws. That was THE best drive through experience I have had in years. Thank you Wendy's employees South WS Young. Thank you and keep up the awesome work.

My Pretzel Burger Was Not Fresh I Don't Blame Wendy's I Blame Lazy Workers...My First Time Trying It And Was Highly Upset That I Even Went To That Wendy's!!! I Never Have Any Problems With The Wendys By My House In Lorain...So I'm Guessing On Cleveland Street It Must Have Poor Management!!! Because Nothing Should Ever Come Out Of Wendy's NOT FRESH!!!
