i know i am not exactly good looking but to be called ugly and gross by a employee of the store is no acceptable manor for public relations type job.

It has been a little over 20 minutes since I've been placed on hold. Foreign sounding voice. Pissed because I've waited so long, nobody checked to see if I am still on the line, and I am a Walmart stockholder!!!

Stopped in at 11:20pm at night and only had two lines open to pay for items, a regular one and one for express. Both were long and nobody was called up to help.

The associates are rude, the pharmacy has yet to have medication in stock. Not a pleasant experience. I try and steer my friends away from shopping there whenever possible

Used the new card 4 times, still didn`t get my $15 I was supposed to get in rewards, what a joke! I`ll never use that card again!!

This Walmart is OK. It's Walmart...it is what it is. I've definitely been to worst Walmart stores. But overall I get what I need when I go to this store.

The cashiers are always rude. You can tell they hate working at this location. I always get uncomfortable going through the check-outs. Some of the angry women working at this location could use some re-training.

I tried to call the store 18 times and never got anyone to answer the phone and was hung up on every time

Trying to find help is terrible, once you do find help & ask they do not have a clue where to send you this has happened on more than 1 occasion

I called phone number and it rang for 10 minutes. When they finally answered I requested the Deli. It took another 7 minutes for them to answer!! Ridculous!!!

Need to have a manager ignore you, avoid you and don't care.. shop here!

love this new store but the hours arent so good they close way way to early some of us cant get around before 7 or 8 pm and they closed wishing they were 24 hrs or at least open till 12 pm

This is the worst store I've ever been in. Walmart employees are so rude to their customers. I sent two rings off to be resized and only one came back. I used to spend 100s of in that store each month. I will now gladly shop at Target. The BBB will be notified re this as well as a lawsuit.

Nasty store with the workers just standing around and the manager just walks by and let's them. Poor pathetic staff.

Several times I have left items to be purchased in the aisle because there is only one register open and in the center of all the checkouts. I do not want to walk around the middle of the store when in a hurry. I want to check out near the exit so I can be on my way. It's okay in the grocery section but not near the misc. items. So I shop elsewhere.

Bought a table and parts and directions missing. Called to find out if they have stock to exchange. On hold for 15mins. Transferred 3 times to different people till the phone goes on with no response.

No one would help me with the simplest task of opening a cabinet in electronics so I could buy my nephew a video game. They kept passing the task on the the next one. Not only this but when I went up to the electronics desk to ask for help they were very rude and told me that I would have to wait. There was no one else here. They then proceeded to return to their group conversation. No longer will I shop here ever. Worst experience ever.

Good enough pharmacy. Prescription is timely. One pharmacist needs to go though. She is very rude to costumers and just a pain to talk with.

I tried to phone walmart, both in Vernon and Kelowna and pressed 1 for the hours and all I got was a phone unanswered. I let it ring for 5 min. at each location and still no answer. Is this how you treat your Canadian customers?

Wow!!! All fast lanes open for 15 items or less! One self serve... The rest say out of order. And three regular tills open. Unacceptable Walmart!! Huge line ups, mad customers and idiot explanations of why.

This is the worse Walmart I've been to. Why would Walmart have about 20 cash registers and only about 3 open at any given time. The line up is so long,I stop going and i live close to this walmart. The line uo in Pickering and Ajax is never this long, very poor service at this Walmart

I bought a pair of eye glasses and 4 months later they broke. Went to store to get them repaired on 10/19 but the vision center was closed this Sunday

This has got to be the worse Walmart in the market in Raleigh, NC! Customers service is lacking customer service. As the supervisor indicated to me 'it is just the way I am and you will need to deal with it'. Like I said, customer service is lacking customer service.

The checkouts can be slow but this is a decent store. I'm looking forward to the grocery section being completed.

Yeah, whats with all the Walmarts in the area no longer being 24hrs - it was the fall back place for shift workers since the grocery store seems to have also reduced their hours from 24hrs

After waiting for 30 minutes for somebody to answer my call after transferring me to where I needed they transferred me to the wrong department I was going to ask about an air purifier and they transferred me to the automotive department and the person who answered did not even bother to fix that,he just said "I have no idea" with out even offering to transfer me to the right department or help me in any way he can.

You can't spell and it's Walmart, no different than any other.

I applied at Baraboo walmart among other stores. They refuse to hire me and give no reason So I am going to be talking to an employment attorney based on this it is discrimination. The Richland Center Walmart also fired a CSM for leaving 6 bags of money out where it could have been stolen. They have rehired her and given her her CSM job back.

Worst management ever! Saw a young female employee being screamed at by large male store manager in front of customers. She was in tears and he just kept yelling and swearing. This verbal abuse was the worst I have ever seen. I will not be shopping at this store ever!

I have shopped this store for nine years and after my last visit I do not want to go back. I am a senior citizen who has to use electric carts. The last time there (last week) three carts broke down and of course there were no employees to help me. Your parking lot is constantly filled with empty push carts, your employees are few and far between, your bins are empty at times, your employees have bad attitudes, the cash register lines are long and there never are enough cashiers, employees do not smile, etc. You have two great employees and they are in the meat market. ONLY TWO. I see no option but to go to the store on Hwy. 79.

I tried to phone and went to your website to find out whether your Agincourt store would be closed on Monday, September 1, 2014, but the phone was not answered and the internet did not show this information. Unfortunately, because I cannot rish going to your store tomorrow and find it closed. Ada.

Its clear to me that all Walmarts are Gangstalker central where these gang stalkers just wait and try to torment "Their" targets, and to make it come to an increased panic state when they come to the register. This was the worst case by far, where the gangstalker gave me this look of complete pain, and tried to make me explode, but it doesnt work anymore, and i have his face posted on utube.

Worst customer service i've ever called. Took forever to answer and when they did they asked me to go on hold. I wanted to see how long it would take to get back to me...they never got back to me so I gave up after 25 mins.

We bought a stainless steel pan here for a very low price compared to other stores.

Washrooms seem to be ignored. Loose toilets seats, not cleaned very often.:(

This place is mass. One can hardly anything that you need. I suggest not to go there.

Worst walmart ever! Someone tried to snatch my purse one night in front of here .& when I went to ask the supervisor to call the Officer on duty she said "after he's done counting money". The lines are always long, customer service & money center moves slow && the associates can be as rude as they want to be. This is not the place you want to shop. Spend your money elsewhere!!

Hello.. I visited Walmart this afternoon, Aug 1st .. The women's washroom was absolutely disgusting!! ..No paper towels, No air for drying hands, waste paper basket overflowing with nasty towels! UGH!!!

I really love this store, it really has great associates, nice customer service, and excellent automotive service as well. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen! GO WALMART

Hard to get help over the phone. Deserves zero stars

I have been going to this pharmacy store #2766 for years. THEY ARE ALL GREAT is not enough to say.. Yes they are busy, but they handle my with patience and care always. Everyone of this team tries their very best everyday to help us. I have had prescriptions filled there for over 8 years and prior the helped my parents for years. Thank you all.

I was visiting this location yesterday around 8pm it was not too busy I was looking to get something off of the top shelf that I could not get my self i asked Somone for yep they said I will call Someone over so I waited then about 10 minutes latter no one came then I seen a lady walk by I said I need a latter she said she was on her break so after 40 minutes shopping filling up my cart I walked out and left the full cart worst customer service ever!

Tried calling 3 different departments and let the phone ring at least 25-30 times with no answer. Was told by the costumer service to do so... How am I to ask my question if no one answers... Unreal!!!

the wal-mart was closed due to renovations its not their problem if you decide to do your shopping at 5 am before people flip out and yell at the employees they should ask questions if you dont like the way they work got to zellers :-p

Despite the abysmal reviews, I went here because it was the closest walmart. Not only did they leave out a purchase so I had to go back a second time but got a "bad" can of tuna fish from this store, I will go the extra mile to get to the next walmart next time..

Your website says the store if open until 11:59pm when in fact you're only open until 11:00pm. Get your shzt together!!!!

I went to this Walmart last night and I have NEVER seen such filthy bathrooms. It was unfortunate that I felt I HAD to use the bathroom .... I wanted to turn around and run. I will not go into a description .... but many stalls .... yuck. I went quickly and raced out.... I did not wash my hands ... but ran and used one of the sanitizing sheets you put out at the entrance ..for that I thank you. It was ugly. Your staff needs to keep those cleaned. And sadly, women need to learn to flush ... that I cannot understand ... what is wrong with some women???

I went to 300 Borough Drive Wallmart Portrait to get passport picture, and they charge me $27.00. Just for 2 pics. They have no signs what they charge and they don't inform you....... Walmart was my favorite store, but now I don't think I will go back. Bad bad bad customer service!

I called and spoke to an associate regarding salt as we ran out due to the winter storms. She was less than helpful with rude and short one-word answers. I felt as though I was bothering her.

I called for a refill and could not get a sentence completed without being vey rudely interrupted. I couldn't even spell my name for the lady without her asking me the next question. Let you customer finish what you ask before rudely jumping to the next thing!

The best of been to in the city. Prompt, and female doctor was very friendly. She took me as a new patient!

I spoke with customer service, a manager about something I ordered and the department it came from ...everyone was very friendly and overly helpful. Problem solved in less than 5 minutes. Always a customer of this location.

This new walmart has to be the worst walmart yet. I live about 5 minutes from this one but I will avoid it at all costs. I will travel to St. Albert Walmart to do my shopping. The new walmart always has empty shelves, I even had to pack my own bags and not voluntarily either, the clerk just kept handing me my items. Also, another time my husband tried to get a couple of items and 2 cashiers were open and 1 express, took him 45 mins to get through express and other people who had full carts eventually just left their carts and left the store. It is just a terrible store overall, it is a shame indeed.

took my sister whom has parkinsons and cant walk to go shopping at ireland road store all wheel chairs broke and person dont know when they will be fixed so i dont know if i will ever go back

Medium quality clothing depending on the brand. Never enough check-outs open. Customer service is fairly good although it takes some searching to find a store associate to assist you.

FRI 1/10/14 @ 10:30 AM Today I brought my son Expidition IN to have the tires balanced & rotated they told me they couldn't balance the tires because they were worn on the inside past the wear indicators. The tires were not worn to the wear indicators I took the car to Magnolia tire where they did the work your employees were TO LAZY TO DO THE WORK

This store is out of merchandise or either does't stock some of the items that the Wal-Mart West store does.Also, It needs cleaned up.
