We drove an hour to get our oil changed here & arrived at 5:20 when the man came out & told us they were closed. There was no one in line and it was 10 minutes before the sign said they closed. Very disappointed!!
I always go here to get my oil change I love how friendly there are and they always do a great job.

Finally a place that I can take my car to that is trustworthy and honest, they are there to keep your car running as long as possible. Just what I need being a low income person. The manger Nate is from the old valvoline store I use to go to. When he moved to the pickerington store , I drive the extra 15min to make sure I'm getting what I pay for. He is the best custumer service person I've dealt with my whole life. Valvoline is lucky to have him as an employee.
These guys were so busy trying to up sell me on service I didn't need they forgot to put the gasket on the new oil filter, instantly emptying the crankcase into what was a relatively clean undercarriage. Not only was I refused a refund, they actually had the gall to offer me a discount on future service. Never again.
I've been a loyal to these guys for 9 years great service. Chester is the head of the shop two thumbs up for him and the way he manages the store is amazing. I will tell all of my freind hi five to this shop.
I have used Valvoline for years and have NEVER been disappointed. All of the employees do a wonderful job. They are quick and curteous. The one time there was a problem, they took care of it and all of my service was free, over $200. Although I said I would pay, they insisted it was on them. And the problem had nothing to do with their service, just a new bug in Ford F350s. They truly are great and are proud to show their belief in God too. Top notch.

Was at the Liberty, MO site at 6:50 a.m. waiting for them to open at 7:00 at 7:10 was still waiting - along with a delivery driver and the employees who couldn't get in the place. Once the manager (LUCAS) showed up he never acknowledged me as to say sorry I'm late or even said good morning! I have been at this establishment several times and have always had good service -- but I will not be returning anymore!
Recently visited Valvoline, Spending 29.99 for an oil and filter plus 20.00 for labor resulting in an oil change over 50.00. Local competition usually costs 20.00 plus tax. I only say I will never return to Valvoline for service. Considerably over rated and certainly over priced.
The employees who helped me today were excellent. Thank you Valvoline for making my driving safer. I especially like your friendliness, all of the employees are sociable and skilled. I'm very happy about their work!
This place suck the employees dont want to work i went for oil change and inspection and they did not have cars and the answer the i got we star inspection after 11 am i come back around 3 pm and same answer just diferent time
Went and got an oil change there this week. Figured I would pass this along. No matter how new your car is they always tell you that your car needs every possible service they do, oil flushes, new filters, wind shield wipers ect. If I agreed to have they service what they insisted today would have costed me almost $900.00. So when you go in there just let them know all you want is an oil change. Btw my car is one year old can only imagine what they tell customers with older cars
Had to write a review ASAP after what these guys did for me today. I shredded my tire on the way to work this morning so I pulled off into the bp off exit 23. I know how to change a tire but I just got this car and it took me an hour of wd-40 and using all my strength to figure out that maybe these lug nuts can't be removed by hand. So I took it next door to the valvoline (which opened at 7!) and asked for help. The guys told me to go dot in the warm, dry, waiting area while they fixed it. Which they did in about 10 minutes! The best part was they didn't charge me. Nothing. Just said to have a great day with a smile and sent me on my way. They really saved my day and I can't thank them enough! Don't hesitate to stop by if you need help with your car! They're so nice! Thanks again!
I had an oil change on 12-1-12.
16 days later my car started smoking from under the hood. I called my dealership to tow my car.
The dealership reported that the oil filter was loose and spraying oil all over under the hood.
Valvoline Edgewood KY told me after they performed their "investigation", that I should have called them to come check out the car and that I should never of had it towed.
Lets keep in mind that this is 16 days later. Why in the world would I assume that the professionals I paid to change my oil messed up.
I took the receipts and statements to Valvoline that proved they are the ones that are responsible for the auto repairs/damage.
They refused to pay for the tow or reimburse me for the oil change. They did offer to pay $47.00. This was the bill from the dealership for the work they did only. Not the tow portion of $161.00.
Our household was a returning customer to this Valvoline. After learning how Valvoline treats their customers when they are in the wrong, I feel it necessary to warn others to stay way from this business.
They are hilarious!lol i can really tell they work as a team , the manager is so nice and cute ;) but honestly they really took care of my car and informed me appropriately and thankfully !
