complain

The customer service is not good. The manager doesn't respect customers and he act and treat them like a thrift or shoplifters.

Over priced donations

Prices are way too high for used merchandise that was donated to them.

Great Prices!

Everytime I shop here, I am amazed at the quality of most of the clothes, the designer names on some of them and the excellent prices they charge. A great place to shop and get a bang for your buck!

Filthy dirty bathrooms

Get somebody to clean the poop and pee staines from your washrooms! All around the toilet seats, on top of the water tank, bottom of toilets and on the walls, and this is in the mens and womans washrooms! If I was a health inspector I would give your manager into trouble for staff or a cleaner to clean your washrooms on a daily basis! This is just wrong and the washrooms have not been cleaned in over a month! Get on it and do something about it!

very expensive

I don't get it second hand clothing and things. Very expensive and over priced in my view/ Staff is fantastic but my granddaughter bought a Halloween costume for her baby and it was to small and tried to get a switch and the staff would not allow it not worn at all just a switch to a bigger size no couldn't do it there goes my 20.00 buck just a switch really!! Purses are extremely high especially when they are fakes someone should get a reality check.

Ridiculous high prices

Be careful what you are looking for, some prices are much higher than in retail store. It's all about greed . It's no more catered to the below average but to above average people . Most items are way over priced . Some dollar store items are priced at $9.99 at value village so watch out what you are buying .

Review for: Value Village in Windsor, ON

Never again!

Over priced and in a lot of cases the clothes are unwashed and being sold at brand new prices. Seriously, a pair of wrinkled and stained shorts being sold for $9.00 - nearly the exact same shorts being sold at Wal-Mart for six? Just a greedy little dump of a place. Would much rather go and pay a dollar or two more at a real store than ever go into one of these dirty little money grabbing holes again!

Nice Eco-friendly store

Nice selection of clothes and other household goods. "Eco" shopping: "reuse" is one of the three Rs. The store manager is nice enough to allow barn swallows to nest on the front of the store. Nice to see.

Not what it used to be

I think that this location is taking it's success for granted. I have been there many times and have noticed that prices are sky high. Checking out some clothing, the prices are actually more than brand new. What is up with that? Even if a garment is stained they will not budge on the price. I saw a pair of average sneakers that I liked but they had no insole. The price, 30 bucks. They will have to do better if they want to keep my business. For now I am totally turned off.
