I left my packages in the drop box here and my boxes haven't been shipped yet and it's been a week already.

Worst ever , avoid this for the love of God!

I wish companies would stop shipping with UPS to Newfoundland. The worst service every time.

Driver once picked up before the 6:00 pm deadline. This time docs are either loss, or were never picked up. Driver never refills the supplies.

Never answers phone.

you came to deliver my parcel but we were not home and youtook the parcel with you and you did not even leave a note saying that our parcel is in so that we could have come to the UPS office to claim. You guys waited 10 days before calling us... what kind of service is that....

This is a location near my home and I wish we could pick up parcels from there instead of you just leaving them at my front door for everyone to steal. Dumb service at its finest!

Even with special instructions the Driver did not get out and follow them. That's twice. Not Impressed.

It would be useful to have hours of operation on your web page.

I've been using this drop box location for a couple of years now and they always pick up fast and it is a good safe location. It makes being able to return small packages much easier for me. It makes sending back a package much easier thank going to the Chipley location from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. I know all packages want fit in the drop box but for the one that do it is much easier and faster

Please do not use UPS. It is a very poor service. They do not care at all. I am still waiting for my package for the last 3 weeks. It is sitting at cornerbrook for the past 7 days and not moving!!!! Cornerbrook UPS guys are the worst in the world

The driver could not find our house so he sent the package back to St.John's!!!!!!!!! I was told by a UPS representative in St.John's it is not the driver's job to phone for directions if he cannot locate the house. The address was correctly written on the package as well as my phone number, and we have had 7 other deliveries in the last couple of months here no problem. I asked the UPS caller what will happen if the driver can't find the house again and she said she didn't know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If they had any competition they would be out of business within 24 hours.

Failure of delivery due to an incomplete address. On the message it would have been nice to have left me a tracking number or direct phone number to call rather then a 1-800 to avoid numerous arguments with you "customer service". FAIL!!

Typical UPS and their lack of service and ridiculous pricing. Best bet is to use FedEx or DHL in my opinion.

This is a great place has been there over 25 years when you need to get something done you want to be in and out and this is the place to go!

A few nights ago, I used the drop box which is so convenient to me because your lobby is always open. One problem, I sent a small box a 2 nights ago. I bought the mailing stamp after I weighed the box and paid for the stamp. First Class, $3.77. I put the large stamp right over the address I was mailing it to Seventh Avenue, 112 Seventh Ave., Monroe, WI 53566 This was my fault. What a stupid mistake I made. The inside contents does have my name and address and also why I was returning the item in the box. A diamond shape perfume product. I hope you can help me locate this package. I apologize for any inconvenience, however, I greatly appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Thank You. Debra O'Brien

Shipping box from HP depot damaged beyond repair.

They aren't joking when they say the hours may vary! The ad on the web says they are supposed to be opened from 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.. The person I spoke with on Saturday January 4, 2014 over the phone, told me they were closed and their regular hours were M-F 9:00 A.M.-5:00 p.m. When I showed up to have a package returned on Monday January 6, 2014 at 9:10 A.M., the store was not open and no sign of anyone inside. Maybe Fed-Ex is the way to go?

I have experienced the worst ever service with these people. They say it will be delivered at some time and they never do that. when you try to call them up, they don't even pick up the call. I have called them more than 10 times still no answer. Hope UPS keeps track of all these and take the necessary actions on them.

11/18/13 - This is a Sullivan's grocery store that now no longer handles UPS

Ups needs to replace the driver that delivers to funny river area. Twice I have paid to have deliveries to my door and have had to go all the way 40 miles to the store and pick them up myself. I should get a credit for this lousy service and I will not use ups again. This never happens with Fed Ex and I will take all my business there from now on.

Had a car accident with the UPS truck. The driver is a liar, he provided unfair statement to the insurance company. Moreover, the driver is unprofessional guy. He did not want to take credit for his poor driving and took advantage of the inexperience of my 18-years old son’s lack of understanding of the seriousness of having been hit from behind by a distracted driver, and my son did not realize that had he called a police officer that the UPS driver would have been found 100% culpable for the UPS drives distracted and essentially dangerous driving and been provided a ticket and points on his license.

I was a client at this store for two years. I was just informed through another UPS store, that this particular store closed in December 2012. I had paid for one year service, but was not informed they had closed the store. Unprofessional business etiquette and a disappointed client. It important that others are aware that this store is no longer serving, even though it is still listed on the web.

I drop my mail off here. They have decent pick up hours. I feel my mail makes it to its destination on time sometimes early.

They always refuse to take return package of UPS whereas UPS has clearly mentioned on its site that package for drop off can be dropped at outlet store. They only take packages where u spent money to ship. Ruining the name of UPS in our neighbourhood.

The man in India or where ever was not at all helpful. He had no record of the UPS office in Homer Alaska that I located on Google. So I will probably hafta use Fedex in the future.

They have the absolute rudest people that work here. Terrible attitude, slow... No care for how long you have to wait. They treat you like your package was shipped for free. UPS management needs to observe under cover! Ironically- this review would not allow me to select the neg (-) option...

no notification of package delivery, no way of easily finding location, no easy way of contacting for pick up. Royal PITA. I will never get anything shipped by UPS to this location ever again! Tried phoning UPS, useless, and email attempt sent back form tracking information. The height of friggery.

it is not a official ups location it is a company that has ups deliveries on its route and is also used as a pickup location. the people there are very friendly and reliable and I felt comfortable leaving my package for pickup

A package of ours went missing and there was absolutely no help - they just kept referring us to someone else! They could not even locate the tracking number - this is now the 2nd time - two weeks in a row. This is the last time we use them!

I do field tech support and have to ship old parts back to the supplier in the original box, using PREPAID lables that are shipped with the part. This UPS dropoff site DEMANDS you pay them $$ if you to drop off boxes with prepaid lables.

Can not stand this company. Hard to get any service as they only deliver during most clients working hours and phoning to try to pick up the parcel is a bloody nightmare

I've had the same address for the past 35 years and UPS screws up deliveries time and time again. Package was due today and never showed up. I call UPS only to find that the driver claims the address is undeliverable and does not exist and enters this into the UPS records. I request that they deliver the package as they have agreed to do and they refuse. Apparently it is the UPS corporate policy that expecting employees to do their jobs is asking too much.

I paid $ 70.47 to have my Italian Lamp shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada to Omaha, Nebraska. In route between there and Omaha the lamp got shattered. No one at UPS. Accepts responsibility for the broken lamp. So now I am out not only my lamp but I am out the money for the shipping of it. With all that was shipped the bill was over $600.00. No one will help us. The UPS responsible for shipment is 5840 West Craig Rd., Las Vegas, Nevada.

This is the 2nd misdirected delivery I've had in a few weeks. UPS, and this location in particular are incompetent.

This UPS drop box is only open in standard work hours during the week which is not convenient for most people. A good service would adapt to the client, but unfortunately, in this place they consider that their main client is a company, not individuals.
