Great Customer Service

As soon as I heard that T-Mobile offered the iPhone 5 I RAN AWAY from Sprint as fast as I could. I have always been a T-Mobile customer and going to Sprint was a big mistake. I ended up dealing with two young ladies in this store who were a joy to deal with. As I expected nothing but excellent, wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend this store!

Horrible Service

I was in this location a few weeks ago. The sales people were too busy playing on their phones to pay attention to the customer. And when they finally got around to acknowledging me, they kept answering their phones, while talking or attempting to talk to me about my phone issue. Very unprofessional! At any rate, about to lose Tmobile, their plans suck!

Horrendous customer service

We walked in, wanting a 5-line family plan, and initially we got someone's attention. She explained the plans, what we could get etc, then sent us over to a desk on the other side. Then, she gathered up every employee in the store to explain to the non-Spanish speaking employees how dirty phrases in Spanish worked. For a long time.

I finally snagged the attention of an employee, just so I could explain I needed some phones and someone to sell them to me, and it turns out This Was the Manager of the store. Talk about lack of customer service. Unbelievable.

We couldn't get the phones in the colors (B&W being the only options) we wanted and there were 'out' of any sort of protective product for the models we wanted. The system was so slow it took another 35 minutes just to get things set up, and this was after we paid more than $1200 in cash just to walk out of there.

We never did see the manager again, she apparently figured she set us loose right after talking to us.

Don't trust them on activation fee waiver

I bought an unlocked phone and took it the store to get it activated. They told me the $35 activation fee would be waived on my first bill. Well it wasn't. I emailed them band they told me the credit would show up on my next bill. Never did. I know its only $35 but still annoying.

i phone

I simply had to get this phone for my daughter. She had been waiting a long time for T-mobile to have it. This particular location is the only one I will go to, because of the awesome service, from the great leader and manager in charge Richard, to the wonderful associates i.e. Paul they did all they could to make sure we got our phone. There were glitches that had to be solved but they did so with a smile.

Launch of i phone

I had to get this phone for my daughter! She had been waiting a very long time for T-mobile to have them. This particular location is AMAZING, there were small glitches, but were resolved with a smile. The manager Richard is simply the type of manager you wish you could encounter at every store you shop at. Furthermore, his employees, i.e. Paul worked very well under pressure, and also with a smile. I guess it's safe to say they learn from their leader.

service sucks

I am on the monthly pay as you go plan and I cannot use this service in Southern NJ. C/S has told me that if I upgrade to a yearly contract tat my coverage will improve. I can't even make a call sitting in my office in my house. A 1 year contract will fix that. Can't undertand what I am paying for. About to return to AT&T as theirservice was much better , but pricey.

Not up front with customers

I went in back on November 2012 to get a new phone since I was due for an upgrade, I was told I had $600 towards my upgrade and was happy to get a new phone, due to not having a new one with them in over 3 years. Few months later I find out that I am being charged an extra $20 a month for payment towards the price of the phone, $20 for the internet, wasn't aware or notified or even asked by Christine if I would accept these conditions. She told me $180 out the door for the new phone with my upgrade. I finally called Tmobile and down graded to $10 a month for internet, but if I was aware of the $20 a month for the phone I would have baught the phone cheaper off craigslist slightly used for half the price. Don't call it an upgrade for one and two TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS EVERYTHING THAT WILL BE CHANGING ON THEIR PLAN!!! Don't sceam them into it.

T-Mobile store I-35 at 78753 sucks !!

Extremely bad customer service. I parked the car in front of store at 7.55 PM (3/26/13). The clerk guy ran and locked the door right in front of my face. And pretended not to see us at the door.

Great customer service T-Mobile. Rudeness and lack of concern to customers right in front of your store doors !!!

This pathetic attitude of badly trained (low paid) clerks speaks volumes of the store customer service

Payment

This location of T-Moblie has the worse in-store customer service in Charlotte. I recommend they close or replace all the staff in the store. I am a old SunCom now T-moblie customer for almost 8years. The trunover rate in this store is terrible. The last time a made a payment in this store, the lady how took my 85.00 payment was very rude. Especailly when I inquired about gettin my payment plan reduced. The manager was not help either. So I contacted the headquarters in Orgeon or Washington state. They worked with me very much, and talked me out of going to Verizon. As a former customer service manager, i suggest more training or an immedaite dismissal from servcie. Or lack of service. Thanks Caldwell

Scumbags!!

Stay away from this place!!! My phone bill is $50 higher than what I was told when I renewed my contract. Store manager offers savings on the plans with his own AAA membership and sure enough its very easy to get lured in. Customer service is absolutely ignorant just as the people at this store. I've been a t-mobile customer for 13 years but I'm done with them after this experience. They are stealing money from hard working people, just hope there's karma!!

Now they are telling me I can't even get a rebate that they promised me for the first phone I purchased. The reception in Florida is TERRIBLE... I had to get a new 4G phone here so I could talk to my family. Can't wait till my contract runs out..... they are SO gone!!!

Amazing service

I recently went to this location to seek help for my new phone that I purchased in Delaware. I needed my contacts and information transferred to my new phone. The staff at the Delaware location were completely unhelpful. I had read some negative reviews about this location but figured I would give it a try. The person that helped was fantastic! He really knows how to provide the customer service that keeps loyal customers. He was friendly, helpful and informative. He even offered to send me some cool music for my new phone. I have been a T-Mobile customer since 2000 but my experience in Delaware had me considering switching carriers. My experience at this location completely changed my mind. Thank you DL! I am sticking with T-Mobile.

Service is just awful

Every guy in their was sitting down talking to their girl friends and talking to each other very ghetto, texting and nearly helping someone, some of them should work for a factory, all they know is hot to install and not prepare a phone for you, the girls actually do a lot and help you out, even a customer with an attitude those ladies treat them right, I've seen this certain guy laugh at someone face because he wanted to return some product and said oh well I can't change it!!! Some changes better be done here, for this reason I want to switch my provider

worst service ever!

I had a real issue, and i was flying out the next day and the young, handsome gentleman that was "helping" me actually kept telling me "i dont know" and wouldnt find the solution to my problem. He told me to call customer service myself. He was pushing me out the door to help the young female behind me. He could have let someone else help me, but no. The situation was a lot worse than this, but i have never had good experiences with this store or the one by walmart. Im with verizon now, my bill is cheaper and the people are much more friendly! Oh and i have service at the hospial.

Review for: T-Mobile in Waxahachie, TX

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Warning: Anyone who has T-Mobile in the Waxahachie area stay out of this store! I have had bad experiences the last two times i visited. The first time i went in to add two lines to my account and told the sales clerk that the two new phones werefor my wife and I and that i wanted our numbers tied to them. She proceeded to ring everything up and activate the phones and AFTER i had paid 800.00 she told me that my wife and i would have new numbers and that our existing numbers would go to the new phones. So after me having my number for 5 years and my wife having her number for over 10 years we were going to have to inform everyone we knew that our numbers were changing and that our other two numbers were still active but belonged to someone totally different now. How much sense does that make? I the lady would have just told e this before she processed the transaction it would not have been a problem. So needless to say we canceled that whole deal and i was finally refunded my money about 3 days later. The next time i went to the store i had bought the two phones outright that i originally wanted from the previous visit. My wife was ready to transfer her old phone over but the newer phone requires a micro sim card. I went into the store and requested a micro sim and asked if i could have her call in and activate it later since she was working late. The clerk said that he would have to activate it before it leaves the store. I told him nevermind and that i would just have my wife come back in when she is ready to activate it. As i was walking out the door a second clerk asked me if i wanted my new sim card. I was surprised and asked if she was able to do it without activating it. She said that she had activated it. I proceeded to explain once again to both of them that my wife was at work and that she needed her phone (which was now deactivated) for the rest of the day. They both stated that they did not hear me say that before. So I rushed from Waxahachie to Carrollton to take my wife's new phone to her so she would be able to get calls from clients (she's a hairdresser and uses her phone for business). Long story short: If these people would listen to their customers, none of this would have happened. The associates in this store have some of the worst customer service skills i have ever seen. I'm sure I'm not the only customer who has had issues with these people.
