Love this place....Excellent customer service...very friendly staff.

the people are incredibly rude. when they made a mistake with my address, they called me to blame me for lying about it. the actual problem was that they could not read a third person's writing. it had nothing to do with me, but I got a nasty phone call anyway

I've rented plenty of cars and my experience this past weekend with Thrifty was simple as 123. Not all the extra questions and paperwork like Enterprise and Hertz it was fast easy and I was on my way in about 5 minutes! Rent from here.

Emili and Gregg at the Dollar/Thrifty Tampa Airport customer Service desk bent over backwards to help me retrieve my iPhone after I left it in one of their cars. They could have easily said "Oh well!", but instead they located the car and made sure it was thoroughly checked. As a result, they recovered my phone and a disaster was averted.

No one would answer the phone. How do they expect to rent a car when no one answers?
