I agree entirely with the previous comments, does no one answer the telephone any more, I have a question regarding the dimensions of a piece of furniture, since I am in Yarmouth I am not likely to just pop over there.
Delivery guys were so rude- no form of communication please pick up the phones. Last time shopping at this location.
we recently made a purchase from this store and recieved such poor attitude from one of the mangers. he was very unprofessional and seemed like he did not want to help us at all
I took a tv in for repairs. Still doesn't work when we put the DVD Player on it. When I brought the home there was no power cord. I have been on the line for a hour and disconnected twice. This isn't customer service when you get disconnected.
Where's store I have to deal with, Never bought anything from them before and I will never go there again. Bought a brand new mattress in March had but problem with the mattress not being comfortable and it even states in there garantie policy. Still stuck with the same mattress very disappointed with this Company.
If any non service rewards were given, the Duncan Store would receive it ten fold. It's like they do not even want to see a customer, way sad for sure! Oh, and way rude as well. Never darken those doors again!!! (or any Brick) Minus 10 Stars!!!
I tried to phone the Brick store during on Monday at 6:30pm during business hours as stated on their website(9am to 9pm) and all I get is a message machine. How annoying. I need some information about a large piece of furniture I wish to buy and I can't find anyone to talk to... during business hours. Doesn't the Brick want my business...or anyone's?
Bought $4000 mattress set, it's been over 1 month and still not delivered. 3 delivery dates so far, took each day off work, nothing showed. Management at stores and district managers are useless and do nothing for you. The Brick is useless and pathetic, save yourself the pain, go somewhere else
Ordered a table set in the beginning of July and had to call in August, September, and October to see when it was coming in. After being told that it was going to be delivered some time at the end of the November, I cancelled my order and got my refund. The receptionist admitted that stock is slow to come in and deliver and the business didn't seem to care.
Do not order from here no matter how good the deal seems. As well, when I asked if the table set would be put together, they stated that its an extra fee. When I asked why Leons can offer that service for free with purchase, they had no answer.

Fix your damn phone. Been trying to call for an hour and can't get thru. Every option takes you to the hours and hangs up on you.

Unbelievable, poor service. Make sure you get any promises they make in writing. The most unorganized business I have ever dealt with in my life. Communication starting from Male the Manager on down is nonexistant. Purchase made in December on Backorder, April 9th still not recieved.
I want to know how the Brick has the audacity to charge $100 for the delivery of a fridge to a customer. Their men dropped of the fridge at the downstairs apartment. They placed the unit IN FRONT of the old fridge and took off! My tenant had to push the old fridge up TWELVE STAIRS by HIMSELF!! He was offered NO HELP AT ALL!!! I should have had a private firm deliver for me! I will not shop at the Brick or recommend them again! I am SO disappointed with them!!
Bought 2 sofas from these guys... Both sofas came with boot marks on the head rests, scratches all over and a finger sized hole in the love seat. This is the second time shopping at the brick. The first time, the salesman insulted my wife for not knowing what exact model of washer/dryer she wanted. I will never return. I have around 10 scrathes/holes I've found and it's only been 10 min since delivery. Don't shop there
