Always overly priced gas and groceries. Terribly dirty facility and restrooms. Rude staff. Valero next door is a wiser option!!

Each time I go into the store, the people behind the counter have all been exceptionally nice and helpful to not just me but everyone who is a customer there.

They have now started charging just to show your car. It used to be free. They should at least rope off areas for catagories, i.e. classics, antiques, chinese, ford, dodge and so forth. First have all the classics and antiques up front. Clean up the area and stop the beer drinking during the car shows.

Very rude attendants, but I guess working at a gas station you can be, seeing as you're selling a necessity. I'll go to the chevron down the street from now on though.

i go here every single day and have no problem what-so-ever. pay attention to what you're doing then you won't have to blame the good people that work there for your own stupidity if you happen to accidentally leave your things.

if u go in there and buy several items do be surprised if u are missing 1 or 2. CHECK UR BAG B4 U LEAVE!!! Or better yet don't go there at all

Outside pumps don my work no receipt can't pay at pump reported To manager more than twice but she say there is nuthin she can do?? So why is she in management I remember her from winDixie... Same bad attitude she got fired for stealing and giving away product...

I come down 2x a month and everyone there are supper nice I would go back and tell friends about the place Last time I was there it was in April wow they were bizzzyyyy

There are other gas stations on highway 302 go there don't bother waisting your time here. long lines very rude people.

I've been spending $80 a week at this Texaco station in gas for over 2 years. There is a skynny guy that a lot times he is rude to myself and I see him being rude to other customers. Today I asked him if he can make a copy for me he told me really angry screaming at me and getting in my face " out of the blue " he said fax and copy machine is down okay BUDDY, I was getting my $80 for gas from my packet and I said to him when did it break down he got closer to my face and yelled at me again saying it's none of your bussines. I will NEVER visit this Texaco again.

Awesome employees and decent prices

I swiped my card at the pump to get gas, had to go in and get my receipt. 10 minutes later my credit card company called me and informed me of fraudulent charges at that Texaco. One for the gas & another for $126. I got law enforcement involved right away & canceled my card. BEWARE, this could be going on & most people don't check their statements or have their company call when fraud is suspected.

Fuel did not auto shutoff wasted about 60.00 worth of fuel attendant stated that they were malfunctioning but would not credit the fuel.

Don’t go to this tire shop. Very bad Customer Service. I visited this shop to replace a tire on 5-1-13. The manager and customer service representative demonstrated unprofessional misconduct by being disrespectful, instead of being courteous and polite. I addressed the issue them. They did not apologized nor corrected themselves, nor did they to try to resolve the issue in anyway, to assure great customer service experience. They had acted as if they did not care. The manager and staff are are rude. Don’t go to this shop. We all deserve the best customer service

this HOBO Pantry has problems with their equipment. This week at least two pumps have white bags of the nozzles. Many times, many, you can not get a receipt at pump, requiring delayed time in processing your transaction. A few times the pumps didn't work. If this is a representation of Texaco, I am dismayed. I go their because I can use my Chevron/Texaco card and it is nearest chain gas to my home on Fortner.

They changed my tire really quick and were very freindly and welcoming, I especially enjoyed there professionalism, saying things like sir or ma'am, altogether a great station very well maintained

Every single time they will not give you the change that you are owed. I asked for a receit and i was asked why. I knew i was not givin the right amount of money and they still wont give me MY money. They are thieves!

These full service stations are a dying breed unfortunately. This particular one I've been going to for the last 15 years. Always friendly and helpful. The owner, Chuck, will practically bent over backwards for each and every customer. May not be the cheapest in town but they make up for it in service.

cashed lottery ticket and would not show me receipt I don't trust him. He said it was trash. But it printed two tickets he only showed me one. I used to go there but never again.

I was at the store today for the first time as I just moved into bridgemill. I was looking for beer and being a convenience store i wasnt that excited to find anything new. When i looked at the beer selection they have it was mind blowing. They have atleast 100 different beers and then they have a walk in beer cave. To top it all off the clerk at the counter knew anout wines and beer and was very helpful in deciding. Very friendly and hip store. If u want good stuff to drink come here. 10/10

Why do we need a Tenino cop in rainier to help the bad guys enter the store through the window that is still not fixed over a month ago that are law Inforcement that we pay so much a year to patrol are lovely little town we need 1 Tenino at the begging of town when u come n 1 approximate 1/4 mile at the other end just to ceach the third 1 there buddy so busy falling asleep at the Texico running through the side of the store yes come on people of rainier lets pay the town of Tenino more money

Extremely poor customer service. Was screamed at by cashier for requesting refund. Will NEVER re visit this location. Don't recommend you do either.
