I was in the store today around 12. The lady who was working was absolutely rude to me, she talked down to me as if I was dumb because I asked a question. It wasn't till I said I knew Annabelle Lopez and would come back when she was working she changed her tune and was nice I ended up helping myself to try on sunglasses cause she wouldn't stop clean a pair to assist me . Needless to say I wasn't very happy when I left the store

I exchanged some glasses I bought at the Sunglass Hut in Macy's location with an employee named Karen. She called the location to get the receipt information for me as I left it at home. Got all my information without me having to lift a finger! Helped me find a different pair that I loved and was so sincere in her actions and helping me that I felt amazing when I left the store. I really love my new glasses!

Too be honest that yellow star needs to be flashing RED!!!!! They are all around rude and very unprofessional from speaking to a customer to helping a customer to even doing a return for a customer you name it!!!!!! Stay away unless you want to be treated like garbage!

I bought my very first pair of "expensive" sunglasses. I bought a pair of Ray Bands that are non-polarized so I can use them in the cockpit of my plane. The guy who works here is amazing and does a very good job. Hopefully he is here when I come back to Tennessee!

After purchasing a very expensive pair of shades from the Sunglass Hut inside of Macy's where the customer service was emaculate, my son was standing in front of the other Sunglass Hut in the middle of the mall and Kat the rep in that store asked him to move from in front of the store because it was making the store look bad I am confused as to what she was referring too, was it his color or what because he wasn't sagging, being loud or causing a scene he was just standing there waiting for me. I will not purchase from that store again. Her behavior speaks volumes.
