I was out with a couple of friends when our server by the name of Danielle came up introduced her self but did not quote any specials. Then after she brought us our food which was amazing by the way it took her what felt like 30 min to come back. For that I did not leave her a good tip. For this reason I am re evaluating the thought of return. So far my decision is NO. Every body was very respectful.
On occasion I visit Smokey Bones when visiting friends in Taunton. Generally the service and food is good, however; my visit on October 1st, 2013 was a poor experience at best. I ordered takeout and sat at the bar and ordered a drink while waiting. It took way too long for my food to arrive, and when I got it home (5 mins. away) the food was ice cold and the portions were undersized. No more takeout for me!

enjoyed the hamburgers immensely ,just the way you want them,premium meat and excellent sides,and the combo had smoked sausage and mashed potatoes with beans,excellent,live about an hour away,can't wait to stop in again
We got to the restaurant and the hostess sat us down. 2 different waitress walked past us and after about 10 minutes one of them said have you been waited on yet ?? Come to find out our waiter was in the back :/ we got a free appetizer for the wait.
