I went in to fix my phones charging port it cost me $45 and now I don't have service witch means I have to go back to the store to see wth is wrong now!!!!!!

Horrible horrible service. two young boys there do not know what they are doing, i had my screen replaced 3 times in one week because it was improperly installed. costing me $150 times 3 because the owner is never there to talk to

I went there to make a payment and they changed my number and stole my money. I went back and the girl there is very rude and viciously evil. There were three people there with the same exact problem.

I had a bad experience in this store. I don't recommended any one to go there. bad customer service. they sold phone to the customers as new phone after while they reported as stolen phone. the customers lost the phone and the money.

They are taking you the money out of your pocket. They charged me 350$ instead of 25$

These guys LITERALLY STOLE MY PHONE. We went in there to get our Galaxy S5 unlocked. The guy took the phone and said he'd do it. 1 hour later her gave us a FAKE S5. It was some cheap knock off. The guy refused to give me my phone even after we called the cops. Apparently this store gets reported to the cops at least once a week. DONT GO!!!!!

This place runs under a few different names. They're bad news. Customer Service is almost non existent. Once they get your money, they're through with you.

Bilingual representative and great customer service

Thought it would be a good idea to switch carriers and thought it would be simple since that's the name of the company, but no. this service got so bad I had to report them to the better business bureau. Save yourself the several hundreds dollars they will steal from you and don't go here, every customer I saw walk in was either angry or frustrated by their service, or lack there of.

I understand that deal with a lot of one-time customers, but that is not reason to mistreat or mislead them. They will spike up the price on items if they think customers won't know about. There are at least two other cellphone stores nearby, and if you value business that care about building a long term relationship, i suggest you go to the other places.

This store was very clean and the staff was just great. They answered all my questions about there cell phone plans and helped me make the choice that was right for me !

The person who helped me was EXTREMELY rude. After I left it took 3 hours for my phone to be active again.

When I called the man said I wrote the wrong number and then hung up on me. When I called back because I thought we were disconnected he again said "it done" and hung up again.

i have been trying to get a refund from simple mobile for HOURS and of course, it failed. Simple mobile not only has refused to refund me back but they also don't even a working phone number for a store around me.Each number i call is either a other store or a none working number. All this being said, simple mobile should be ashamed to have the audacity to even consider themselves a wireless company.

They provided okay service, not very thorugh...phones were not unlocked all the way and they left one of my SIM card trays from iphone out. I think they wanted me to come back and get their service.

I got tired of paying T-Mobile $81 a month for 3G service when I only get Edge service where I live in central Washington. Six blocks away there is 3G, but not at home. Since I'm perfectly happy with the MyTouch 3G Slide, I wasn't enthused about going on a contract with another carrier for a new phone. The best solution for me was simple mobile.

It was awful. The young lady that served me was slow and didnt seem to know what she was doing. She charged my card despite the fact that the simple mobile transaction was declined and didnt refund me (perhaps because of her uncertainty of how to do her job). I will never go back unless they replace her. Perhaps I will just get a new phone.

Thanks again for hooking me up with the Galaxy S4! I love the phone and the $50 on Simple Mobile is working great! I told my friends at my job about you guys. Next time I'm in the Ft Lauderdale area, I'll pick up a few more of your flyers. Thanks again!

My advise for all people . If you want to pay your phone bill and you want your service back in same day, don't pay it in this store. They miss up your acount and they are really unhelpful . This store doesn't deserve any rating star

bad customer service they take to long

I stopped at this Dimple Mobile location because where I purchasedy Dimple Mobile service is usually unable to handle my tech issues, which have been sending photos with text messages and how to block a caller. The folks at this location were very friendly, helpful AND they resolved my ongoing picture in text message issue in less than 15 minutes. I would highly recommend them to those thinking of putting a stop to the ripoffs at AT&T, Verizon, Et al. Great service at a great price!

These guys are AWESOME..seriously. They got me a no contract unlimited everything plan for $50 bucks! I got to finance a samsung Galaxy Note 2 when I just moved to Ft Lauderdale. I only put down $75 down and walked out with a phone that cost $700!!! Daniel didn't even check my credit to do it. I whole heartedly recommend these guys. Good work again guys. You friend Sarah.

These guys are amazing i would recommend them to any anyone the are fast are really nice to work with.

The guy who answered the phone informed me it was the wrong store, so I naturally asked if there was a nearby pawn shop I confused them with. He the said his head was hurting from the conversation. I said what? He repeated it. I said oook. Then he hung up on me. With that kind of courtesy I said asshole....

This company bounced a huge check then skipped on it!

I got great service from them. I change my network from AT&T to Black Wireless and also changed that of my girlfriend to Simple Mobile. He did everything within 15 mins and was very professional.

These guys are doing great things. They factory unlocked my iphone to use on T-Mobile. I went to several other simple mobile locations who said it couldn't be done because of the software it on or whatever. But they said it could be done and did it the same day. Highly recommend this place!!!

I walked into this store today and was asking a few questions, the guy answered with such rude attitude. He was annoyed answering questions..but his Job is activating and answering clients questions..my question was "why does it say unlimited 4g data when he said it is limited to 2gigs". With His tone and attitude he said "why you bitching at me, ask the company" How can you say such word to a customer... And if you are selling a phone service should u not know most questions clients will ask....especially if it is false advertisement...he should get out of customer service business. Very upset. I have never met anyone this rude in customer care. He is messing with the wrong person. BBB also Willa be notified.

This store is very unprofessional. The manger is rude and unkind to customers . He flirts with every female customer which is very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Trying to buy a cell phone was not easy he was not interesting in selling just wants to rush the customer out the store and take their money. I will not recommend this store.
