Bad customer service!!!! It's a young man in there with Dreds in his hair and he had a bad attiutude. And I don't like know one fixing my food with an attitude he need to be fired or have an attitude adjustment.
There is no baby changing area, which makes it difficult for people traveling. Bathroom looks NICE, but not well lit.
Be careful using your credit card at the pump, the pump will take your money while declining the transaction and the people at the station won't take any responsability at all, you have to spend hours calling 1888 shell headquarters.
This is one of the cleanest stores I have ever been in! Very nice man behind the counter & very helpful! Highly recommend this store!

Lot very dirty! Bathrooms filthy, and if you don't buy $50 in Fuel they charge you to park now!!!! NO Sign posted, a lot of drivers were sleeping; they come out and woke everyone up to charge them $$. We have parked here before, NEVER Again...... Very rude

While getting gas I was washing the front windshield. I started smelling gas. The tank was full but the pump didn't shut off. Gas was all over the place. It could have stated a fire or an explosion. The management told me "nothing we can do" pay the bill for all the gas in your car and all gas that ran out all over. The fact that we have been costumers for over five years did not matter. Things happen. The very least management could have done was apologize and maybe give us a few dollars credit. VERY VERY poor service!

I just visited Shell in Richwood, KY at 8pm tonight and they were closed? I really needed gas, but had to pay with cash and the doors were locked. Sign on the door said "will be back in a minute, and waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. What is that about. Wanted to use my Kroger discount. Are they closing too? Ended up going next door to BP and they got my money. Very weird!
This is a shell location, that don't except shell gift cards. When u try to use a shell gift card, they give you a dirty look and say WE DON'T EXEPT GIFT CARDS!! And when you ask why, they get even more rude and say when someone uses the gift cards the card is not really charged, but when i checked my past purchases from that location, i was charged for the goods i got from there. So that crap they told me was a big lie. And when i showed what the card says and what it was for, they really started to get rude and told me that is not their problem. Who talks to their customers like that.
Stopped in on my way to the beach to check it out and found quite a change since the new owner has taken over. We liked the friendly greeting by the cashier and the owner. It is now clean, bright and an all around pleasant place to stop for gas, goodies, and our beach necessities. It will be one of our regular stops.
The clerks at this location are real bad and unfriendly. They pay more attention to talking about what has happen to them than their costumiers.

I believe the employees here have propblems showing up for work on time. The store opens at 6am. But really is never open at 6. Employess are always late. Waited till 6:15 this morning and still not open. Maybe they don't get paid enough to care. But us working people that have to be at work on time, Do not have time to wait to see what time they will open. Will not go back to this store even though it's convenient.
Stopped in several times over Memorial Day---they had a well stocked supply of everything, cold beer, soda, water, deli sandwiches and snacks. they have also opened a full service liquor store at this location! It is becoming the place to stop on the way to everywhere in South Baldwin County Alabama!
This convenience store/ Shell station continues to improve! They now have cold beer and tobacco products. They have also add a sub sandwich bar to the menu. Great stop on the way from Fairhope to Foley, Gulf Shores, and the beaches of Coastal Alabama!
The seller gives me the wrong cigarettes and wouldn't let me exchage it. They give me that awful looking with no respect. It is unacceptable and I don't think anyone will come back to this gas station again.

Unless you enjoy waiting 10-15 minutes to get your vehicle gassed up, DON'T go here !! These people lost me as a customer about a month ago. I go up to the B.P., and spend no more than 5-6 minutes to have my vehicle gassed up.

I found out that this Shell station/convenience store has really good pizza and that you can call ahead to order it for pick up.
This Shell station/convenience store is under new, local ownership and management. Many improvements have been and are still being made.The restrooms are clean and bright. The deli is making positive changes to the menu and adding homemade deserts, It is a great stop between Fairhope and Foley Alabama!

I have been coming here for years- the Manager is so rude - the car wash is never working correctly. The vacuum has taken my quarters and then doesn't go on and I am never reimbursed. I am now going elsewhere- but it's sad because they just don't care! There is no phone number on the building so it's hard to pin down who the owner is?? I think it's a corporate owned location?? Don't go here!!

I will advise everyone that goes to this gas station to please ask for a receipt for any credit/debit card transaction. My 16 year old child went in to pay for gas and was told twice that the card would not accept due to it being an American express card. However, my bank called me and said that I had just made 2 transactions at a Shell gas station for $99...EACH!!! Luckily I was still there and went in and demanded a receipt and my money back!!! Shell is a fabulous gas station but some of their employees are nothing but your every day thieves/crooks!
Called to verify address and to ask if they had video of purchase because my stolen visa was used there twice on 4/24 after 6pm. Whoever answered the phone at 2:50pm 4/25 was very rude and kept hanging up on me. I understand that he insisted it was a Chevron but the address and the phone belong to Shell. Rudeness is not a great attribute to have when you are in a customer service position. If it was the owner he should have better manners.
This place is run by people who don't know how to run a business. Their pumps are always broken and their inside is just disgusting.
I come here all the time for milk. It is $2.99/ gallon. Really good deal. Only had a hundred dollar bill. The young Hispanic lady got a major attitude and yanked the bill out of my hand because I didn't have anything smaller. Hello, lady!! It's called a convent store for a reason!!! I did a gas refuel in this gas station on last April 4th at 6:33 pm and after fill the tank with 9,71 gallons and get a ticket with the cost of USD 34 printed, that was the real price, for my surprise I saw in my account a debit of USd 95. I am trying to contact the gas station to get my money back and didn't get any answer. Take care and not use this place , because there is a high chance of you lose money also. Robert Buiocchi

I have RA and find it very difficult to pump my own gas. I drove up to the pump, honked the horn twice and a young man came out and pumped the gas for me. This was my second trip to this station and the same courteous service was afforded me both times. Will be back and will tell my friends .
Connie who stated to me that she is the manager and she did not have a boss that she reports to refused to take my Debit-Master card. I asked her to run it as a credit card but she refused and made me and 3 other customers wait for 5 minutes for shift change. One of the other customers just walked out in disgust. I experienced the worst customer service from this Connie. I will be contacting whom ever I can so she can't treat someone else like this.
Charged me twice for my gas almost $52.00. Told me the first charge didnt go thru so they put it thru again. Both went thru. I keep calling and no one there will answer the phone. Very upset and unhappy. Will have to have my bank see what they can do becuz Shell can't be bothered to assist.

Went in today and they had the Amp energy drink advertised on the cooler as 2 for $2.50 but when I went to pay I was told that is for next week. I asked why they put it up now and I was told to be ready.
I shop this store a lot! This morning I went in they had a special get 2 20oz drinks w brand for 2.50. Get 2 of the drinks same brand everything right. Get to register and was told it was not the price it was supposed to be. Guy behind the counter followed me back to the cooler saw the ad on the cooler, went back up front w me and talked to another conworker. Oops their bad that was a previous sale that expired. I advised since I had got the drinks based on add felt like they should honor it (mind you the sign was still on the cooler at this point) the guy said sorry nothin I can do about it. You can call manager at 11:00 when she gets here. Well they just lost business bc I stop there a lot. All I can say was this was dealt with very rude. The demeanor of the man behind the counter was rude. I can honestly say we stopped there a lot of gas, cokes, my husband smokes 3 drivers in my house. They just lost our business for good and I will tell everyone I know how rude the sales associate was today!
When I pick a gas station/corner store, I prefer to stick with one. This is my Shell! I go there all the time and, I have never had a problem.
I was pumping gas when I observed an emploee smoking and picking up garbage around the gas pumps! Smoking?! Really?! She could have blown us all to pieces! I tried calling the manager but the line said it was disconnected. I will stop in and talk to the manager.
Never shop at this staion on Sunday, only if you want to be treated like your dirt under the feet of the two men that work Sundays. They are rude and throw your change at you. They sem to not like white Americans.

Got gas from there Friday car made it a few blocks from the gas station and car cut off and won't crank and mechanic can't find nothing wrong with my fuel system said it got to be water in the gas. It cranks and runs fine sometimes and sometimes it doesn't well I got a full tank to go guess I won't be getting gas from there any more!
Lowest shell gasoline price in the city, very clean store with nicely kept restrooms. When i visited it looked like the manager(maybe owner) was working on register he kept me laughing and happy through my transaction. I came in just for gas and left with 2 monsters for $3 and some other great deals. Will come again

I was at your shell station 3-18-2013 .used my debit card and I couldn't read what it was telling me to do so I canceled it. Then I tried again having the same problem this time I see that it said out of order use the next price and you'll get the gas for that other price. Still didn't get gas and twice I pushed help and no one HELPED me. So at this time I'm I went inside and told the cashier what happened and to me He was confussed. But he said everything was canceled. But it;s 1:00 am Tuesday 3-19-2013 and you are charging me for gas I didn;t get. I would like this to be taken care of......
3/18/13 this place is absolutely disgusting. Their gas machines do not work. The inside of their store is always empty and people inside are unhelpful.
Went to Everett for the weekend to visit family and got gas at Shell 2659 148th Ave. SE, Bellevue 98007 at 1:32pm on 3/17/13. Price on sign and pump said $3.79 per gallon but when I got home to North Idaho and looked at the receipt I see the charge was $3.999 per gallon for 23.987 gallon for a total of $95.92. If the station is doing this for an afternoon or longer they are ripping people off for substantial amounts in total. Really disappointed in Shell and the local retailer.

While paying bills found that shell in sellersburg by the Ford dealership is charging a $1.00 fee for the use of debit card. Gas is expensive enough without added fees, especially without knowing about it first.

Monitoring their prices for over a year, this Shell station sets prices higher than stations northwards on University or off of Central every time. Service inside is poor due to poor customer communication and poor knowledge of basic automobile components. I wouldn't bother stopping here.

was in mokena shell on 03/04/13 at 932 pm. went to the front counter to buy and redem lottery tickets was told the registar is closed and No tickets will be cashed or bought. Aked why its only 930 pm was told very rude that it was closed and the man running it closed out the system and poited to man sitting in a corner ready to go home at 10 Asked again why was told to go somewhere else. SO i will go somewhere else to buy gas and my lottery tickets.
Try to have a man by your side and you will be Ok. Otherwise something will be found on your car that urgently needs to be changed, repaired etc...when you just went in for a simple oil change. Two years ago, I went to the station and this happened to me. But there was new management so I thought I would give it a try. My husband had a very good experience as well. So while I was there a woman was very upset about a new problem with her car that was found. I needed a flax fixed and I thought she's probably unnecessarily upset. After they fixed the flat (which stupidly I didn't watch), they said I needed my tires rotated.I said I had that done a few months ago, but I forgot the details. They reassured me, "yes, you need your tires rotated." I said, "ok do it." Later, I found the paperwork, I had it done 4 months ago. The car doesn't have a good, balanced feel now. I told my husband about it. He said that when he was there while he was treated well, a male customer started screaming at the owner about how he was such a good client how could they take advantage of his daughter this way. The owner aplogozied and gave the man money back. This place is disgusting to females!!!

I went to the shell station on 2-10-13 at or about 9:45pm and you have the rudest person working there i've ever encountered in a convenience store and you can guarantee I will not go back with her working there. I went to the Chevron across the street and got what I needed. Great customer service there.
Gas pumps never print a receipt. Always have to go inside and wait in line to get a receipt. If you ask the attendant why the pump will not print a receipt, they are clueless.
There's something going on at this station that doesn't seem quite above board. If you pay cash they will never give you a receipt no matter how many times you ask. I used to work in loss prevention and I'm wondering if the employees are pocketing the cash instead of ringing it up. For those of us that need the receipts for our job to reimburse, it really makes you wonder what's going on. Even if the receipt didn't print it's nothing to hit re-print. Each and every time there is an excuse.
Went in at 12:20 pm to buy cigarettes 1/24/2013 wasn't id'dand the clerk literally ignored my idle convorsation and i said thankyou and was ignored again. No eye contact and poor treatment. Will not be visiting this location EVER again. I'll stop at exxon thankyou very much.

I was in your store around 3 am Sunday morning and bought a Mountain Dew 2 liter and a 50 cent cup of ice. My total was $2.56, so I gave the cashier $3.06. She closed the drawer and handed me a nickel, not fifty cents. When I asked her for my correct change she told me she could no open her drawer. What is wrong with this situation? Has the world really came down to cashiers that can not count! Seriously, something needs to be done at this store in the late night with the staffing!
New manager is great , fixed my flat right away and didn't even charge me , offered to drop me at the train . Very customer oriented , I will return .

This store has supplied the drug "spice" to my son and he has admitted that he is addicted to it and this store is where he gets it. This location has taken my son from me by selling this product. If you read this review I ask that you not buy anything from this establishment.
I went to get my discount at this shell station with my stop and shop card. the gas station attendant was very rude. he refused to accept my stop & shop card when I went to pump my gas. I told him that the employee working for stop & shop said he could enter my membership number into the pump so I could take advantage of the discount offered. then he said I would have to purchase the gas at the full service pump in order to get the discount. that doesn't make any sense since it would make me pay more for each gallon of gas. So since I was there I decided to flii up and pay the advertised price without the stop & shop discount. He pumped my gas at the self service pump. I asked for a fill up. the pump stopped after 6 gallons. I went in with my tank close to empty. Frustrated with the horrible service I just left without filling up my tank. I went back to the Stop and Shop supermarket to report thr incident. the young lady told me they have been getting many complaints about the the Nassau blvd station.
I don't know who is in charge of hiring the women at this station, but it must say, "Bad Attitudes" on the application. Each time I have ever went in this place, it has been a Terrible Experience! To say the least. I walked in tonight to see two women sitting on each others lap and rubbing each other. Then they both were very rude and nasty. At 6:45pm 12/28/12.

there are no prices displayed on the shelves for 95 % of the products being sold. Manager / owner will not take cards for any purchase under 5 dollars, and there is no cash back option. The ATM charges $4.50 to withdraw funds. Hours and closing time are at the whim of the people working the store and are not posted on the property.
Ok so truth be told...I'm not made of money, and it's the holidays. I'm kinda broke so I stop by this station to buy what I can for gas as I'm about to run out...to boot...it's snowing out. I ask for 5 dollars in gas an a pack of cigarettes...she tells me there's a 10 dollar minimum. (I assumed this is a typical credit minimum) so I pointed out that 5 + 6.35= 11.35 which is obviously over the minimum. She says "no there is a 10$ minimum to buy gas". I respond " you mean to tell me if I run out of gas and trek here from the highway you're going to turn me away because my 2 gal gas can won't fit your 10$ minimum?"...she responds "yup." I won't be returning here.
Stopped in to fuel up, inserted my shell card into the pump.Nothing happened, not even a blink on the screen. Tried an number of times, turned the card, left in longer you name it. No luck at all. Pulled the car up to the station and went in to make sure it didn't register on the pump. I told the lady at the counter, the pump wouldn't accept my card, and wanted to make sure it didn't. Instead of being helpful at all, she glanced at the screen said no it didn't and turned her back on me. I went up the road to the next shell station and filled up using the same card. Useless pumps and less than useless help.
these folks helped me in returning my iphone, by calling and keeping safe till i was able to send for it as i don't live in that area. very cordial and helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Received bad Premium gas yesterday while traveling to Columbus for a conference. I tried to call the store to alert them to the issue and no one answers the phone. I now have to take my Acura TL into the dealership on Monday and am looking at a very expensive repair bill.
Handles are defective and get jammed. Gas sprays everywhere while the meter keeps running. The clerk (once I found him) said that even though it "happens all the time" he couldn't refund my money.
I ran out of gas not far from this station. I walked to the store and asked if they had a courtesy gas can. I was informed that they did not so I asked if they gas cans, the clerk pointed to where they were. I picked up the can and it was priced 17.98, I told the clerk that was a rip off. I left the store and asked several people if they had a gas can no one did. I thought I could use a jug to get gas. I preceded to buy a gallon of water which I was going to dump out to get gas. The clerk told me she wouldn't be able to allow me to put gas in the jug and I said we'll the gas can is too high, she said would I like to talk to the manager and I said sure. All of the sudden this lady comes out and tells for me to leave the store if I'm going to complain about the price of the can, I wasn't but going to ask her why they don't have a courtesy can for people and they could leave a deposit or something. But she made me do mad because she come out yelling at me. So I told her to F off and called her a witch and walked out the door. Luckily someone I knew came there and gave me a ride to my home to get my gas can and then we went to Giant and got gas. After I put it in my car I then went back to giant and filled my tank with gas. I would have spent all that money there if only they would have helped me. I realize I shouldn't have cussed at her but she came at me and I was upset. I work in retail and a real manager hears out the complaint and not runs out and kicks someone out without even hearing what the issue is. To top it off your manager found out where I work and went to my job and tried to get me in trouble. My boss said he would have my company buy a gas can so you would have a courtesy can so people like me could borrow it. But I will not be returning to this particular store and I have asked my friends and my family to do the same. Also I wanted give u no stars but won't let me
