Would be nice to put your hours of operations online so we would not have to waste time listening to your message. It's not going to bring me in the store more often. Just be competitive and we'll see.
how are we suppose to klnow if you are open on any day such as sunday and what time your store closes.all i see is phone number so im not very happy with this site.
I have been in Rona several times and have always had horrible service. Today, was the worst. Not only was the service horrible but the Rona staff could not even answer a simple question without being rude and chose to fight and yell at myself and my mom. HORRIBLE. Not even the manager that was around told her staff to stop or help at all. Never will I shop at Rona again!!!
I was at the store to get 10 LED PAR 20 Lightbulbs on Saturday around 6:30. It was all sold out. I was so disapointed.
Excellent firm, we have spent over $1500 on an addition to "Ben's Den" over the last month, well done Rona............!
We asked Rona to put us on the list for the next largest air conditioner to the smallest at the Penticton store, They said that it would come to the Kelowna store and would call us when it came in. We have not heard a word yet from Rona Kelowna or Penticton yet. Question? was it out on the back order list? there was a reduction of $100 on the order...........??????
rona's web site has to be the slowest and non- loading, frustrating, get me nowhere site I have ever TRIED to use.
This business has a very friendly staff. They are also knowledgeable.

Very poor in store service, no information on website, material tags shown on empty shelves seem to be always on order, not sure what's up with that.... Maybe too cheap to stock shelves??
Would rather shop Canadian, but if the service is non- existent then I will shop Home Depot
From the pot holed driveway ,to the lack of product or lack of knowledge if an item is in fact stocked or not. This is a store to be avoided. Do not waste your time here
with only hours remaining ,pickins is slim. What a shame the Boucherville morons don't get it here in Canada. :) Had fun experiences while there for 3 yrs. see ya
When this store first opened I thought it wouldn't last..... Nothing was special about it......but over the last year the changes have been what have kept their doors open. It is a big store with a compassionate team. They have amazed me with their customer service. I would definitely recommend people making the trip to Waterdown. The staff is wonderful and they care about your needs. When they say they are going to find something out for you they do, they offer alternative suggestions and discounts to keep your business. The staff also knows their stuff. We have done 100 of thousands in renos with our business over the years and by far working with this particular Rona has been our best partner in getting those jobs done.
I'm very disappointed that I spent my lunch hour looking for someone to help me. After being ignored by 4 staff people in a row, I needed to get back to work. I stopped in at the Customer Service Desk to let them know. They said they were very sorry, but I don't give that much weight, as they didn't ask one question, like which department I had been in, or offer to find someone to help me. First time I've been there and definitely the last.
Your websites are terrible. My kitchen is being intermittently flooded from the apartments upstairs using their sinks. I want to know your hours to come in as early as possible and all your stupid site says is hours may fluctuate!? Grow a pair , set some hours and post them. You know, like a real business.
I find it amazing that as soon as someone takes charge and owns something apart from a major corporation that the service goes up 100%. This Rona is indepentently owned and has exceeded our expectations every time we've been into the store. Mike will bend over backwords to help you out as well as his wonderful staff. We will be purchasing all materials here from now on to hopefully ensure the "big ones" stay out! Thanks
Purchased a 3.5 cube freezer for use while working in the area. Unfortunately couldn't keep it due to Comfort Inn policy (separate review)! Was able to return the idem 20 days after purchase after use ( had original box and receipt) with no hassles or restocking fees.Friendly staff and great service. Can't go wrong doing business with Rona in Simcoe.

The service at Parry Sound RONA is amazing. The employee's really know their stuff and they deliver right to my cottage!
This is a great little store! It is hardly ever overly busy, it has super customer service and experienced personel. It is open later now too which is great.
Rare because it's a rare event that this happens in Grande Prairie. The young staff their were pretty knowledgeable overall but the experienced staff were very knowledgeable. I was greated as I walked in. The staff were always scanning the floor for customers to help. Thanks, And....it's Canadian.
