They miss my trash pick up frequently. I don't how hard it could be to drive down a street street and take the trash, Thats their job.

Be extremely careful and watch your bill closely. This place while all over the country has deplorable customer service, cannot post a payment or issue a credit in a timely fashion and never admit that they make a mistake. It happened to me. Twice they cancelled service to unpaid balance, not on my side but theirs. Then send me a collection notice for $7.61 when I actually have a credit of $17. Look elsewhere for your service.

Nice person in the scale whom walked me through the procedure since I've never been there before and a clean place to unload my truck.

Just called the Henderson location & was surprised by the great attitude for a simple question. Quite refreshing that a company the size of Republic still trains their people on what customer service is.

Republic Services missed regular, twice weekly, garbage pick up in The Hills HOA. Why, no word was put out that I know of and the Henderson Police Department did not know why the pickup was missed. We really need a change in reclining. The small milk crate size bins get blow around in the winds and people walking by and tend to kick them. I ended up picking up about 1/2 a large garage can on most days that folks put out there recycling material for pickup.
