Since I came here 17yrs ago I have been dealing with RTO and have sent friends and family to you all as well I love the store Thanks for being there when I needed you all.

I had a terrible experience with HomeSmart and when I came to Rent A Center they helped me out and gave me an awesome deal! Would definitely recommend!

I use this rent a center and will continue too. They are helpful and understanding, flexible with payments too. Good location, no problems.

Read alot of bad reviews about rac, with us so far so good! Got a 60" plasma. After 3-4 weeks there was a dead pixel( tear inscreen) they replaced the tv. Been ontime plus pay ahead. This will be my 1st time bn 2 days late on payment or even late at all, they were understanding with a 5$ late fee, lets hope they stay truthfull and respectful !

This place is a joke there employees and managers dont care about there customers if your rental breaks they dont get it takin care of in a timely manner it will be whenever they feel like it I'm going on 3 months waiting for service and they call to try to get money but have not taken care of the problem

Your furniture is junk, your sales personal have no courtesy, your management team lacks direction, has no concept of customer service, has no sense of direction. I would advise any person that has the capacity to make their purchases elsewhere. A better option would be to buy at an estate sale, a garage sale or a yard sale rather than at your store

The outside smoking at this location is unprofessional. Discretion people, ya think? All I could think about is the furniture smelling like cigarettes, And that is gross!

I love the store, the people there are polite and they help you with whatever you need.

your Trinidad store needs to close. That new manager is the rudest man you have hired to date and if he ever talks to my wife like he did on may 28th I will have your butts in court ., Trust me on this .

we are on a fixed income and told them we could not pay until the 3rd of the month. every 1st we would get a call demanding money. when we had enough and had them come and get the stuff they took our power chords to our ps3 and got mad when we wanted them back that day. pass them up and go to another rental place.

they are the worst services and the manager acting like they don't care they don't test out the product before they leave the store. they have other rent a center is much better or go to aarron's

They are the WORST about constantly bothering the customer with phone calls, For "New Offers" I have NEVER been late nor missed a payment in nearly two years, And have repeatedly asked to be removed from their calling list, Only to be ignored.. And called again the next week! I am so sorry i ever entered a rental agreement with them and i cannot wait until my items are paid off and these stupid morons can be outta my life... Avoid these guys at ALL cost!!

I am very pleased with rent a center. I recently had surgery and decided to get a recliner to help me sleep. After extensive research I realized that rent a center could get it to me faster than anyone else. I called on Saturday late and had a new Ashley recliner by Monday. It was easy, and the recliner was brand new top of the line. This was the first time I ever used a store that rented furniture, but they helped me in a bind and exceeded my expectations.

Ive been in retail for over 20yrs and believe me its not easy dealing with ppl day in and out. If you are looking to rent furniture/appliance Do Not go to the Rent a center on belmont st across from shaws. They might seem nice when u first walk in but Beware!! They are so obnoxious,annoying,rude,unprofessional bunch of individuals ive ever met. If you dont wanna deal with ignorant ppl,with the constant calling,the harrassment if you are one or two days late with your payment..then go to the oak st brockton ma location.

This is the Best Rent A Center I have been in. I have been with Rent A Center off and on for many years, When I walked in There I was Made to feel very Welcome. The new Manager there is sharp and gave me a Great deal on a Sofa I was needing. I have shopped in the other locations in Palm Bay and Melbourne But the one over in the Winn Dixie shopping plaza off Malabar Rd. has been the best Ive been in.

Terrible experience with these retards. Seriously how much gas do they wast driving around pounding on doors that dont get answered. Lmfao. Oh it gets better then they sit down the street for 2 hours and watch, even look in windows. Then they harass after store hours. Save your money and buy it new for less then half of what they charge.

I will never use RAC, I never even ordered something for them. Someone used me as a reference and everytime this person is more than three days late RAC BLOWS UP MY PHONE!!! LEAVE ME ALONE! Not only do they freak out after 72 hours, they harrass all refrences. I am not paying for something I did not order! Even if it were my order I would throw that product through their door because they call so much. For paying all this money for convience and service, it is unreasonable for so many calls!
