Do NOT go here!!! I sent a package priority and it took over a WEEK to travel six hours!!!! The only thing they said was not our fault!!! Use the POST OFFICE! Postal annex chargers more and can't get your package there!!!

I found this place 4 month ago. Now it's my home for all shipping and office related jobs. This business is unique 1-stop-shop for everything. Fedex, ups, dhl, us mail, notary, copy, fax, scan, you name it, they got it. Also, very good customer service.

The service at Postal Annex is exemplary! The employees have always been extremely polite and helpful with anything I go in for. I fax quite alot, and Steve always greets me with a smile and askes how I am. The other ladiies there are also very friendly and even help me shop for greeting cards and other items that they sell. I look forward to going to Postal Annex because it's not a"typical" post office where employees can be indifferent or uncaring. These folks really seem to love their jobs, and I appreciate them!

I went to this business to send a fax. The fax transmittal I received was for the incorrect date and time. When I asked that they correct the error, the older gentleman's solution was to cross out the date and hand write it on the transmittal. When I asked that the fax be programmed with the correct information and my fax resent so that I have an accurate record, I was told that I would have to pay again! REALLY! Part of the service is getting a transmission record.....I guess it's too much to ask that it be accurate!
