We stopped to try out the new store. The serve your self type of service is not acceptable. One of the things that the Pizza Hut had going for them is the service. We sat down to order and found out that counter service was available. We left without ordering.

First order a pan second it was a thin pizza went ahead and paid that was the nasty pizza ever tried to eat! It was like nachos the crust was like chips so hard and crunchy ! The wings were not spicy they were more barbuced ! Had enough !

The manager at the Kingsley/Blanding Pizza Hut store seems to be comfortable as a liar and cheat. The manager will accept online orders, then over charges and refuses to accept the online total.

Bunch of clowns. Food was horribly rubbish in ways you wouldnt think possible for a pizza. Staff dont speak english. Hour late.... cold. Hardly any toppings especialy cheese. Delivery man claimed not to have pound change when we ordered 18.99 deal. Pizza hut has been fine every other branch than this. Dont do it to urselves!!!

I usually order from dominos but thought we'd have a change, after waiting for well over an hour our pizza arrived cold, the garlic bread was burnt and dry and we only got one portion of chicken strips when we had ordered two, and the ones we did get were only cooked on one side! I rang them back to tell them about our missing strips and was told that they would deliver them shortly, they didn't arrive! so angry and disappointed, will never order from there again! Worst takeaway iv ever got!

The general manager at this particular store talks to his customers on the phone like they mean absolutely nothing. He has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am still in shock, so rude!

Ordered pizza in a box deal at 5:07pm Oct. 9,2013 via internet. Should have arrived by 5:47pm. Called the store at 6:03pm. Was told there was a mix up with another order. Said fresh pizzas would be out of the oven in 1 minute. Apologized and was to get an undisclosed discount. Called the store for the second time at 6:23pm. To cancel order. Was told a new driver was being trained and when he arrives let him know the order has been canceled, he didn't have a cell phone. It is now 7:01pm and still no driver. I will inform friends,family and co workers of my experience. Do not appreciate being lied to. Signed, a former loyal customer.

I personally love the place, the people are nice and energetic. But when it comes to carry out sometimes the drivers take way too long, even longer than the time they were supposed to be here. We once had someone and hour late.. for one pizza! But like I said, I love the place, the people, and the food. Just a little slow.

Ordered online ,after 2 hours called spoke to a young man( apparently the driver) who looked up my order and read off a few names of previous people who had ordered. I believe he found the order because he stated after it ame out of the oven he would deliver personally. another hour passed, no pizza. I call again and spoke to a young woman who hen passed the phone on to another woman who stated they tried calling me but could not reach me(my fault switched 2 numbers) and the address was coming up and a private home. he came off to me like it was all my fault. (no apology) needless to My job is a big box store that is 1-1/2 blocks away from this pizza hut and sitting literally on the same street. I wanst angry but not happy I spent my whole lunch hour waiting. and they already had cancelled my order before I asked them to.

They take a long time to deliver and got our order wrong.

Just want to send a big THANK YOU to the young man out delivering in the Riddlesdown Road area on Saturday 20th July. He very kindly stopped and knocked at our home as he saw smoke which he thought may be coming from the back of our house. Fortunately it wasn't coming from our property. We very much appreciate his thoughtfulness.

my husband & I recently had the Sunday buffet @ the location HWY.63 Escatawpa,.Ms. It was the worst buffet "pizza" we have ever had. Recommend no one go there for a great buffet go to Sicily's in St. Martin. At Sicily's they keep food on the bar and don't ignore their customers. This buffet is worth the drive to St. Martin

My family ordered a large half cheese half onion pizza for pick up. The pizza was well done and reasonably priced. The only problem was that there were some onions on the cheese side so if you order here do not get a half and half pizza in anyone has a food allergy to one of the toppings.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 11:15 and have not recieved it yet at 1:15. Will never order from them again.

My family and I went to get some pizza. Saturday night...7:15pm...was told to seat ourselves...after 20 min another group came in and a waitress seated them...then another family received the same treatment. When the waitress started to take their orders after we had sat there for another 15 min we left... Ridiculous!

This location is always quick to respond. Curtosy and energetic. They brought my order in less than 30 minutes when the quote had said almost an hour. The person that answers the phone always sounds like they are smiling and they are always more than willing to help out.

The pizzahut makes a great addition to the rest of the food businesses nearby it, except they take forever to make your orders. A great place either way.

I feel buffet should be till 2...most lunch hours are 12 and 1 so if buffet ends at 1 not good...I thought in past it ended at 2...real upset when got there at 1 and it was ending

I order my pizza by phone to pick up at 5:56 walked in at 6:15 paid and sat and waited and waited people walked in order and got there pizza when I asked about my pizza they walked around trying to figure it out 5 min later a girl comes out does not apologize but continues to tell me that my pizza is in the oven and that it will be 6 more min and that for my inconvenience I can have a two litter soda to what I responded I don't drink soda and said I just want my pizza the girl went back and ten min later I finaly got my pizza at 7:05 no apology i was just let walk out the door I wasted an hour the convenience of picking up a pizza for a quick dinner was all but convenient the pizza was great but horrible customer service and the lack of acknowledgement and ownership to their mistake makes me never want to come back

I will never eat here again. I got wings on June 5th 2013. They gave me honey BBQ so they made more. Go outside find out the tried to wash off honey BBQ and added mild sauce and heated them again. Ridiculous. Don't eat there. Or if u do don't send anything back. And to post this I had to post one star. I wish they had minus stars.

Ordered from them before while at the Navy base and they delivered before, but the last few times I tried to order, they made up excuses as to why they couldn't come to the base. The first time they said it was because the base wouldn't let them on and then the second time they said they couldn't because the base was out of their delivery zone. LIARS AND LAZY!

Good food. Service is terrible. Wait time is terrible. Too many young minorities working there. Very ghetto. South Holland is not what it use to be.

the food is good at this location, but the biggest problems with this place are a) they don't answer the phone and b) often they have NO delivery drivers. At least 3 times in the past two months I have attempted to place a delivery order...twice they would not answer their phone after multiple attempts to call between 11 am and 12:00 om. The other time they had no drivers available to deliver. How this place gets enough business to stay open is a mystery.

Ordered a medium pizza 9.50. Can't deliver for under 10. Told to add 50cents. Cant do that -told to add a packet or parm. 13$$$. What a racket. Make the damn pizza 10$$

Have been ordering Pizza Hut Delivery for years, but tonight was absolutley the WORST pizza I have ever seen or paid for. The cheese pizza had some cheese and LOTS of dough bubblles, the other pizza with pinnaple and sausage was more like a half and half, also with lots of "bubbles" of crust. Pizza Hut should close the Oxnard Ventura Rd site down - they are disgusting! Will be ordering pizza from other sources from now on - hone stly, you are worse than Dominoes Pizza from years past !!!!

We ordered pizzas and they said it would be delivered in 25 minutes. We called back after 53 minutes and the person on the phone said that they dropped the pizza. After we asked why no one called to tell us that it would be longer than 25 minutes, he didn't have an answer and rudely replied it will be on the way. They delivered the pizza an hour and ten minutes after we ordered it. The pizza was not eaten because the children already went to bed.

This is not how to do business and you lost a loyal customer!!

The service here is remarkable. Our waitress Sam was the best I have had in a very long time. She made my family and I feel like we were the only ones in the restraunt and in all reality the place was full and not to mention she was the only waitress working. I give her 5 stars but as far as the other staff that stood at the window to watch her work gets two thumbs down.

I received the worst pizza and wings from the Covna location last night. I opted for their special and got cold pizza and cold wings. The pizza had no sauce and was very dry - went into the trash. I will be looking at other pizza restaurants. There are a number of them and having tried some of them at friends houses Pizza Hut covina has fallen down on their product quality. Renee Hill

Wife tried calling on her way home from work (4:15 pm), no answer. Called Dominos. Not the first time this location has lost our business.

I had vouchers and delivery menu sent to my address, but yet couldn't get a delivery to the house. I don't want the mail if I'm not benefitting from it. When I questioned why the mail had been delivered the employee told me the delivery was done through a separate business, please communicate with the associate business so my letter box don't get blocked up with deals I cant get delivered.

This is totally not our fault. We got bought by a new company a year ago and they took dine in service out of Piney Forest and west Main Pizza Hut. They also took our buffets away. It is not us. Call the !-800 number on the back of your receipt and let them know how you feel.

This is the third time that I have had the disapointment of receiving pizzas that haven't got hardly any cheese on them, even though I paid an extra £1.40 for DBl cheese (I thought I would order double cheese to compensate for them not usually putting much on, but it didn't make any difference). The time before last when this happend I phoned the Manager as there was hardly no cheese, ice cream was missing and the pizzas were cold. He said he would credit my account and I received a 'Everyone makes mistakes' flyer with £5 off your next order. So I ordered pizza yesterday and the same has happened - no CHEESE, pizza tasted worse than a 99p pizza! I didn't even bother to phone up this time, total waste of time and money. Do they not realise if they treat their customers like this that they will not have any! Will not be ordering anything from there again. Total waste of money and you will end up feeling disappointed and wasting an evening that you were supposed to be enjoying with your family.

Walked in to an empty dining room. Mgr said I'll right with u. 2 employees and mgr working. 15 maybe 20 minutes passed and no one had come over to even talk to us. We got up and walked out . The mgr never looked up at us until my hudband Said "what terrible service" the manager realizing that we had waited for quite some time came out tunning top pour vehicle apologizing and offered Something free. We were so over it and refused his offer.

I want to start out by saying that I am a Pizza Hut fan, however I orderded our 1st Pizza Hut pizza from the Olive st store last night. It was the worst tasting pizza We have had. Just short of frozen microwave tasting! We are hoping the location on Henderson makes a better pie. Someday if we can muster up the courage to try Pizza Hut again.

We went dine in, she told us to sit anywhere, took her forever to just come get our drink order. Didn't get us any menus. Then finally about 30 min we gave our orders, The workers were cutting up behind the counter. Than as we are still waiting for our food. The manager sits at the table next to us and starts EATING. Don't they have a break room? I was about to get up and walk out but then our food came. Terrible terrible service.

I ordered a super supreme pizza and was told it would be here in forty five minutes. One hour forty five minutes later a cheese pizza arrived. I've now been waiting another fifteen minutes for the driver to return but, like my pizza, he is no where to be found. To make things worse, I was told the driver did not have my pizza so was offered a refund or a store credit for the amount I paid but nothing more for my inconvenience. Needless to say, I told them to refund my money as I'll never use them again.

This was the second time at this location since coming back to town. The first time we had horrible service, our order was completely wrong, and the pizza sucked! Tonight we decided to give it another chance, big mistake! The service this time was worse than the last. There was only one other table in the restaurant, we ordered salad, wings, and pizza. We asked our waitress if we could order the to go special on pizza and she said yes. She said she would be back with our drinks and silverware so we went up and got our salads. We waited for our silverware which didn't come so we started eating the salad with our fingers until finally my husband went up to ask them for silverware about 10 minutes in. We still didn't have our drinks so about 15-20 minutes in I went up and got our drinks. 30 minutes later our wings came out, they were TINY and we didn't get any extra napkins. When the wings came out I asked the lady, who was not even our waitress, if she could bring our pizza. She said that the wings came out first because they are an appetizer and I said yes, but we have been waiting a long time. She said well that's why they came out first and walked away. Then our waitress came over and said that we cannot have our pizza at the table because it's a to go special per her district manager (who happened to be the lady who brought our wings out). We finished the wings and I had to go up and ask for extra napkins. As we left we did get two medium pizzas due to them being out of large so that was nice and the pizza was really good, the service SUCKED!

We had take out. Pizza boxes were crushed. All toppings were on the top of the box. And there was hardly any of it to begin with. Rude service and they took over an hour to bring us a box of sliders&breadsticks. Never again.

I went to the Gardendale store on Fieldstown Rd, I ask what special they had for 2 largest pizza's, So I ordered 2 large pep an a personal pan pep, And my order came to $36,76, NO Thats not rite, Well from what the employees say it is, I went go back.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. They sincerely do their best to deliver a great product. I've never had anything less than excellent service.

Never go here, the standard delivery wait time is 2 hours. 2 Hours is pretty long but they warn you of that ahead of time, fine I can accept that if it's told to me ahead of time. What they don't tell you is that it actually will take more along the lines of 4.5 hours....on a monday night. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I called after about 2.5 hours asking when it would be here because the 2 hours that were predetermined should have been well over enough. The woman who answered the phone replied very rude and condescendingly that the delivery driver just walked out of the door 10 minutes ago and should be there soon. Well after 4 hours had passed and he still hadn't arrived I called again...except nobody answered, the building closes around 10 at night. Finally after 4.5 hours he finally arrived with my 2 hour cold pizza. I made sure to let him know I'd be calling his manager. I still tipped fairly though, because unlike this business, I'm not a complete asshole.

The pizza was great but the delivery guy was a jerk. He called saying he couldn't find the appartments so I walked outside and was waving to him and told him he was just in the wrong parking lot. He threatened to cancel my order and then hung up on me. When he ended up driving over, he couldn't find our pizza because the pizza bags were scattered all over the back of his car. The whole time he was rude even though I walked down to the parking lot so he wouldn't have to try to find the appartment right number. When I didn't give him a tip, he was extreamly vocal about it as he got back in the car. The whole time I was polite and said sorry that he had a hard time finding my place. So while the pizza was good, the service was just the opposite. Yay!

Early Friday morning I ordered pizza for my classroom of students who had a wonderful week in school. The person I spoke to, Bill, was so pleasant, accomodating and just a wonderful person! I needed the pizzas delivered to my school within 75 minutes. I don't know Bill, but I sure hope I get him again when I need pizza!!!!! Delightful representative forPizza Hut!!!

Horrible!!! I've ordered there about 3-4 times in the past 2 weeks and at first I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but now its just ridiculous! They dont care how they make there pizzas! They just through the topping and pepperonis on the pizza. It looked like they just through the cheese on the sliders at once because all the burt cheese was still in the box! HORRIBLE!! I complained once, they gave me a credit of 10.00 but nothin changed!

I ordered a pizza online and the site said it would be delivered an hour and half after i ordered it. I was a little annoyed and called the store to find out. The person who answered my call just hung up on me when i asked her if the time shown on the website is wrong.

Unfortunately I'm next to two of the worth Pizza Hut stores, Forest Hill and Jog Rd, west palm Beach and Jog Rd and Lake Worth Rd, Greenacres. The last one may the the worth service on earth, I have hoped several times I just had a bad day but every time I try them again is my worth eating experience. Pizza Hut Pizza has been my number one choice for over 25 years but every time I eat from this stores is awful. Recently the pizza took one hour and forty five minutes to arrive, the driver was lost, I'm five minutes from the store on a city street, when the pizza arrive it was given to me totally cold! When yu call be prepared to wait a while on hold to take your order. I have complaint to the manager but you only get excuses, like we are short staff! Pricing was wrongly given on telephone, wedges were under cooked and cold, pizza was cold, part of the order did not turn up and garlic bread was cold and rubbery. Staff did not care when I called, they wee not apologetic that we waited an hour when told half an hour and the food was disgusting. Do not use these people.

Every time my kids want pizza I always order from here. Very speedy service always on-time. And orders are always right.

Delivered a wrong pizza did have another one come but wanted the wrong pizza back. I had eaten two slices of the part that was right. It was a half and half pizza. I gave the pizza back after I had to take 2 slices of what I had ate out of the new box delivered. I have never had anything like this happen! Papa Johns here I come! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
