Excellent service, very personal and caring people. Would never fo anywhere else.

This pharmacy has amazing customer service, they may be small but they make up for it by their service. What I love also is their delivery service for our perscriptions, trying this pharmacy is a must.

This place smells like urine and was clearly very dirty the last time I went in. I expect much more from a health care relate facility.

I find it is always a pleasure walking into the store, someone always greet you. The staff are very helpful and they are always there to help you find what you need, or to explain about a product in the store.

After visiting the see ya later winery my niece got stunned by a wasp in the car , so quickly we stopped at the Pharmasave to get some relief product for her. The woman at the tilt was really helpful until she turned to the Pharmacist and ask her : another noodle got stunned could you look at her.. Imagine my surprise , hardly professionel I would say but what do I know I'm just another tourist and yes , you can let that woman know that you guys don't get them (the wasps and yellow jackets) down there to sell more product (her words not mine) I kept a smile because people like her don't ruin my day but it does need attention...really !!

Pharmasave Mill Bay is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is not from just one experience! I go there a couple times a month over the last 10 years. As well, expect to pay $2.99 over 100% coverage for prescriptions. Talk about dipping into their customers pockets...horrible!

The price for medicines are higher than the other pharmacies charge for medicine.
