poor customer service

This place messed up my prepaid contac order, took several weeks to ship the order. When I picked up, African American woman at counter , was rude from the beginning to me. She made me repay for items, stating I was wrong and didn't pay. After I repaid, I showed my receipts to a family member, whom realized that she charged me twice, which I tried to tell the woman there in the first place.I was told to come back in to be issued a credit. The same woman there was even more rude, and didn't even apologize! Once again, they had to reorder my contacs from the first mistake. I am a senior citizen and felt like they tried to take advantage of me. I will never go there again. This lady was by far, the worst customer service rep. that I had ever experienced. Beware

I am pleased with my on the spot help and will be going back

I went into Totowa to purchase contacts. Upon getting there I was told my prescription was expired. The girls there were so helpful in getting me set up for an exam so that I could update my prescription and be free to order. I was helped with using my insurance to cover the contacts as well. I am pleased with my on the spot help and will be going back

I went to Pearle Vision in Toms River, and I just wanted to let everyone know about my visit. I was greeted with kindness, The staff all wore the same scrubs, and were dressed nicely, the optical department were dressed very professional, and all the staff were knowledgeable. I saw Dr. Stefan and he was very cheerful, he knew what he was doing and did the job great! We joked, we laughed, and I walked out of the office with a smile. I would absolutely recommend this practice to all

Review for: Pearle Vision in Toms River, NJ

Bad

Bought oakley metel plate frames, told me I would have them in four days, I don't even make it home and get a voice mail saying my glasses are ready. I pick them up and wore them three tims and the lenses started to come out, I took them back and was told that the lense was supposed to be like that we can try to cut it down alittle. I get them back and it was fixed, but now was sticking out in another part of the frame so they fix that, two days later the I noticed some other problems so I took them back and they did offer to exchange for different frames but I declined and took store credit. Loved the frames and the eye doctor was very nice and the prescription was perfect. I hope I have a better experience at another pearle voin when I use my gift card.

horrible service as far as waiting

Took my eye exam.. didnt take long but to finally speak to someone regarding my exam, took forever. Been about a hour and the 2 guys are conversating about stuff other than eyes. I need service not a life lesson or story. Will never come here again

PearVision sucks

The worst possible for glasses. The so called doctor didn't explain the difference of no-line bi-focals and lined. So I got lined bi-focals, but I can't see. I have no glasses experience but I think I got screwed. I still have to use reading glasses to be able to see/read a foot in front of me. I called and they told me they would fix it for more money. I should have gone anywhere else.They sucked. I would never ever recommend them to any of my enemies.
