Very, very difficult to understand & hear!!!

This Panera has really bad customer service. The cashier I had was awful. The cook only made me half a sandwich when I ordered a whole one. The employees at this Panera really need to get their act together.

Since Bread Co. Moved it hasn't been the same. The last 2 times I have gone there they haven't gotten my order right. The food is still good and healthy, but I don't think the the people working the counter listen to what you ask for. I think I'll go to a different location from now on.

When do they close? What's their hours? They are stinky

This is by far the cleanest Panera I've ever been especially in North East Florida. I patronized Panera almost everyday and I think this is a five Star restaurant. Food is also excellent and Service is awesome. This restaurant is Super-duper!!!

These last couple of months I've been here and the breakfast pastries have tasted even better than i remember. Have you guys changed recipes? Whatever it is you are doing keep it up! Very tasty!

Bad service even the manager does not want to do nothing a bout .what a year that you can start no thanks will not recommend any body to go there

if there was onion jello mix...that was the taste of the french onion soup

"Hours may fluctuate" is NO answer. At least provide an idea of the operating hours so a judgment can be made about eveb trying to get to a store. Having no published operating hours is just plain dumb.

I work around the area of this Panera Bread location. I love coming here for lunch.

Every time I visit this Panera something is always wrong with my order. One time I ordered a Fuji Apple Chicken salad with no cheese. I received a salad with cheese and no apples! I wasn't upset about not having the apples because who wants dried apples on their salad. Another time I ordered the Frontega Chicken panini. Instead of getting it on focaccia they gave it to me on regular bread that was soggy. That same time I ordered soup and they didn't tell me until I was picking up the order that they didn't have the French bread they offered me chips or an apple!

I just LOVE their soufflé's and pecan rolls with giant pecans.

I love getting their broccoli and cheese soup in their bread bowls.... so good. Then always buy a hot cookie before I leave!

Arrived at this location at 10:30 August 13 and ordered a breakfast sandwich. I was told they were done serving breakfast. Very disappointed. 10:30am and I am sure we had come at this time before and had breakfast.

I have been in this panera bread twice and both times it was dirty. Had to clean my own table and the floor was a mess. Yes I know restaurants get busy but this was in a down time. Will try another restaurant in the area.

Great service

I have never had a sandwich or bagel that tasted so GOOD!!! I do wish they would bring back that double chocolate bagel they served around 2006-2007, it was the BOMB!! I ate one everyday!! Delicious!!

I had an unfortunate experience at this niles location this morning. I was on my way to work with my husband and I asked them to please slice my apple with our carry out order. The man at the counter said he could not slice the apple for us. I asked why they couldn't and the man said that Panera made a rule 2 weeks ago that your company does not slice apples for customers. I told him that at the Old Orchard Skokie location, they always do it for us but he said that was the rule. I then asked for a plastic knife to take with us and he said that they did not have any plastic knives. I told them that I knew that they had plastic knives and asked for one. He said that they only had metal knives. The worker next to the man told him to just give us a plastic knife and he finally did. I asked him for his name and he said Julio and that he was the manager. I have never experienced such a negative experience at Panera.

It's a great place to relax with some great food.

Do no recomend this to ANYONE. Horrible management, good food but strange environment, I recomend any other panera.

I've been eating at Panera in Baychester Ave. for 1 Year now and I've enjoyed my breakfast every day. Their darkroast coffee is the best coffee I've ever had in my life. All their breakfasts are great and their customer service is fantastic especially one employee by the name of Charlotte.

First time to Panera Bread. Had Turkey Bravo, my friend had Spinach Power Salad. Both looked so good and tasted great! The service was great! Very plesant woman working the drive thru, friendly, happy, informative and very polite. We will be going back to try other things on the menu. Sandwich so big, I could only eat half and saved the other half. VERY GOOD flavor!

By far the BEST Panera in the area. I visit them all at different times through out the year....this one is always clean and the staff is friendly and aim to please. The girl with the beautiful eyes, Falon, went out of her way to make a miserable customer in front of me happy...if it were me, I would of told lady a piece of my mind. Some times the customer isn't always right, their just rude. Anyway, great job done at the Airport Road Panera by all.

This place is good but way to expensive

I just left there about a half an hour ago, I believe a manager took my order. For starters, he was very rude while taking my order and seemed annoyed that he was at the register. Secondly I waited about 20 minutes for 2 simple salads and a soup and there was no one in the place. I got my order finally and to my surprise, my fiji apple chicken salad had no apples in it... VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Panera Bread Co at 105th & Cicero is a warm and friendly place. The employees smile and are cheerful, service is friendly and welcoming. MOST of the food items are good and tasty, but I'm not into spicy. The vegan items are good, as well. .

This panera is the best, nicest staff, clean tables, silver wear, plates(etc.). I really enjoyed the staff the most because I can tell they were very sincere, and not lazy!!! The best ever (GO)!!!!

Wow! I was so pleased with the service on Fri! We had a jewelry party at 6 pm which ended about 8:30.! They closed at 8 pm and the manager reminded us they closed at 8 pm but to just take our time without rushing us! Now that is customer service! The food was delicious too! I promise to visit more often!

The experience with Panera bread is simply excellent! I like the store location and sitting arrangement and off course very fresh and lovely dishes.

I loveeee the food here, amazing always so fresh and very friendly. There is a young lady named Alicia that works there, anytime she is working she is smiling and having a good time.. she always gets my orders right!! Bread co is amazing and I wish they would build one closer to High Ridge Missouri that way it would be closer to me.

Good food, very good coffee (I recommend the Dark Roast with a touch of honey & cinnamon).

I get lunch for the Timonium location frequently, and it is so much better than Westminster. I got a sandwaich on Saturaday (part of my Spa Day at Aura Salon) and there was so little chicken salad, that even putting it on one half of the sandwaich, it was pitiful. Just thought I'd mention this...No worth the money, if this is how a sandwaich is prepared.
