This is a great, high volume store. Most helpful and hardworking management and staff.

I have shopped this store for several years now and have never once had a negative experience! I cannot remember ever having gone and not been able to get what I needed! I generally am offered assistance if I even look as though I am having trouble finding an item. I have found numerous very good deals and the product always seem to be of good quality! Great job!

This store is very big, good location, but you have to wait, wait, and wait...for an employee. One day I was there. Three (3) employees and ten (10) people waiting in line to pay. BAD VERY BAD. In the prior location Office Depot had more employees. Seems they don't care.

I only gave it a 1 star because it won't let me leave a 0!! This place is also CLOSED but still on the web site!

Their customer service was absolutely fantastic. Everyone offered assistance instead of just walking past me and made sure I was taken to the items I was searching for rather than sending me off on my own to maybe find it. The copy and print associates were very friendly and super speedy with their service. Overall - five star experience in every aspect.

I can't believe that you can;t give your hours. How can you expect people to shop at your store. You know what time you schedule your staff to come in or leave.

I want to thank Shufal Barua for performing such a wonderful job of transferring my files over to a new computer. He even answered my questions to help me pick out the right software I needed for my video editing projects!

I tend to buy most things on-line, but for stuff I need now, it's the Office Depot at 425 Cochran St in Simi Valley. Good stock, knowledgeable and friendly people. What more do you want?

The staff is excellent. I buy all my supplies, computer printers, and printed jobs there. Great store. Staff always helps me and I get a great deal of attention with what I need to buy. Cashiers friendly and give me coupons for next visit. Much appreciated.

I was calling about my warranty on a shredder that I bought approximately a year ago that is not functioning properly. Clint was very helpful. He directed me to the Receipt Lookup Dept and he breifly discussed my replacement plan. He was very generous and I just wanted Office Depot to know that they have a great team player on board! This store is alright product-wise, so if you're an in/out shopper, this location will probably meet your needs. But as far as customer service goes they are one of the worst stores in Lubbock. I had to ask the manager 3 times to help me before she finally turned from her computer to help, with an attitude. Then unfortunately, I misplaced my car keys in the store, and was asking for help from the staff to find them. Nobody helped me at all. It was almost ridiculous, even other costumers seemed surprised. I hope that someone in the Office Depot command structure will read this and seriously evaluate this location's staff.
