I choose to shop in Neimans at the Willowbend location because I love everyone there. Each person that has helped me has been more gracious than the next. They appreciate you and greet you each and everytime. I feel like they are my family. There are other locations in the area that their employees need major attitude adjustments.

incredible store, outstanding service and an exterior that leaves you speechless. the company needs to emulate this concept in Copley Place. Definitely a hip location, and merchandise and brands you cant find at Saks or Lord & taylor
