Google search for Macy's Store Hours Santa Maria says you open at 9AM. After arriving at 9AM you did not open until 10AM. please correct this error/

I went to this store for so-called door-buster deals yesterday, Nov. 19 and again today. I purchased an overcoat supposedly 70% off from the original of $595.00, but what I was given was other product with 20% off. When I pointed this out to five different associates, they could not give me clear answer why the ad and actual coat do not match. In addition to rude and non-caring employees, the manager was no better in dealing with the issue. I have been shopping this store for over 30 years well before Macy's came. The service has gone down considerably. Wake up Macy's. You should put on an ad if you really mean to honor it. Do not avoid your oversight and try to erase it as if you don't want to keep repeated customers. Remember, you are not the only store in the area.

Macy's is that one store that makes me feel luxurious when I shop there. Never been in Nordstrom or any other high end store so this is like a lil dose of high end.

There are no signs on the doors stating what hours they are open. This site doesn't tell me either. I guess it's not 9am, since the doors are locked.

I like Macy's. If you like it too, don't shop at this store. I did and have regretted. I will never ever shop there because of the employees. They are not helpful and polite. Even the managers are rude. Especially if you are not native. Oh, god. It was a very bad experience for me. I just want to forget about it.

This Macy's is the BEST. It has what I want & need and at the best prices. Macy's quality of merchandise is top notch. It seems to me that I get even better sales here than other Macy's. There is guy, his name is Jack. This guy is fantastic!. He is all over that place always helping someone. i would hire him in a second in our business.
