Stay Away

This gym has gone downhill in every way. It used to be nice used too! Now its dirty, oversold, managment is awful. When I tried to cancel they "lost" the paperwork? Charged me 2 extra months. Even when you do cancle they charge you 1 more billing cycle! Seriously so disapointed!!! It used to be such a great place the current GM ran it into the ground!

Complain

Loved the place, the crew...just think they should be more flexible.. I had to pay for two months while was on vacation...That's ridiculous!

Go Somewhere Else

Cancellation policy requires one months notice. I tried to cancel online but the corporate office doesn't allow you to so you have to go into the club or send a certified letter. I went in August1 and they are going to charge me to the end of September. I called corporate office who held if over my head "you signed the contract". It should not take 60 days to cancel a health club membership and you should be able to cancel online. Lifetime Fitness only cares about taking your money, not helping their members. Go to another facility instead.

Unimpressed

I've been a member for ten years. Why must the climbing wall be closed on Monday's, Fridays and any time adults might want to climb? It makes no sense and has not for years. I have yet to get a straight answer. Cleaning and maintanence? Really? The Customer is always wrong at lifetime...
