This Krystal's was very disappointing. I came there around 10:45 & it was 2 cars in front of me. Each order was taken about 8 minutes apart! Including mine. They need to speed up the service!i didn't leave til after 11:25!!! I was writing this review at that time.
Greatest store in Nashville
Been here several times, food is great but employees are allowed to smoke cigaretts at the front door. I make complaints to mgt. but it seems to do no good. Makes the place seem like a cheap saloon or something. Smoking is ok but should be limited to out of sight of customers entering the store and the smell is gross at best.
The food there is great if you end up getting the food you order, most of the employees seem like they are too high on drugs to even understand the order you place, I will not be back their for a long time
The best thing I got from there is the drink the meat was soggy it practically dissolved in my mouth without chewing look like soft canned dog food meat which is so gross they for got to put mustard on it and the bread was wet and soggy deserve no stars on the krystals but the fries and drink were okay but I would pass by this one its worth the ride to go somewhere else then I tried to call them to let the manager know and no one answered
I always go there, my daughter works in St. Elmo, I have stopped numerous times, usually a short blonde headed girl works the window or a black gentleman, never a problem, but on the 28th of Dec. I went thru drive-thru and was given a #1, the fries were good, but the four burgers were so cold, the buns were flaking off, the cornpup had been re-cooked or was burnt the first time, the cheese on burgers wasn't even melted, I called the number on ticket over thirty times 6685421, it sounded like a fax machine. I was very disappointed and will make a special trip there to let them know, they had to have known they were hard when they put them in box, or they sat in box for awhile, not the usually steamed bun, very dissatisfied!!
