Great service

I ordered 2 large Oreo shakes and they made me horribly sick vomiting and diarrhea 4 hours and now no one will answer their phone at this location

It's a shame how I don't have the correct customer service here ! I've called the store more than 5 times and no one seems to pick up !

Jack in the Box provide satisfactory services.

The grounds is unkept and messy, garbage around the barking lot wind blowing it down the state street into my yard. Very unprofessional for a business not to maintain the grounds. Bad reflection of the neiborhood.

They take a long time on the drive thru. One time I was in the drive thru for 45 min and I couldn't exit out

I was at this location 11/23/2014 at 9:34 pm. The next day I was looking for my cell phone. I called my phone to locate it. I got a call back and the young man asked why I called. I said you have my phone and he hung up. I stopped service. I lost the phone and if this reflects on the employees I think I would watch my charges and my change.

Went to jack and the box on 3211 Rancho drive ordered sour dough real combo ham with orange juice and extra hash brown. Have her a twenty only got back nice e bucks and 8 cents. ??!?! Does that cost that much money!!!!!'?????? Third time I've had a problem there. May not be going back ever. An that sucks cause I like jack!!!! Oh well you got me this time. The order was placed n received wrong the lady at the window was rude m made me feel it was a bother to wait on me. To inform them of error I called 15 times before they answered. Aug 10 2014 around 5 pm. There was no one there when I was there busy they were not!

The young lady who took my order was very nice and had beautiful smile on her face while she took my order plus she even brought my meal to my table

On April 3rd my husband bought two breakfast jacks and both had egg shells in them. He had to throw them both away.

I was eating my burger when I looked up and saw the cook sneeze in her hands and continue to cook the food I immediately stopped eating my food and left to Taco Bell for the rest of my lunch break I will never return to a horrible hygienic place

I went to your jack in the box this saturday like every saturday to get my lunch and i always see the same young man in the counter he takes my order as if is a joke it seems like hes asleep i had to repeat my order several times he does not have manners hes very disrespectful what kind of management runs this place hiring people like this instead of gaining costumers you will loose costumers.

My husband got a dollar burger and brought it home and they did not put a hamburger on the bun and we been trying to call and ZERO answer poor service

Im highly upset!! Every place I've lived in in the world has a Jack in the box. If the officials of abilene, Texas are having thoughts about about removing a restaurant completely, then they should at least fire the old management and hire new and more "high-speed" managers!! They didn't have to remove it from the city all together and making the next closest jack in the box 40 miles away!! That's extremely inconvenient considering there are tons of people in this town that love the restaurant. I just want this town to give jack in the box another chance!! Please make it happen!!!!

I went there this morning at 530am for a breakfast biscuit, the hash browns were stone cold and I can only assume they were left over because they were far from fresh . The biscuit crumbled when I picked it up, the beacon was half cooked and the egg was disgusting. I could not even eat it because it totally killed my appetite. I have always loved this place but not anymore.

What can I say? Tacos, burgers, shakes, fries. Love this place.

I called on 10/18/13 and phone rang about 50times. Decided to call the Steeply Chase on Jones Rd and they didn't answer either.

Was planning on ordering a huge order for our company. Went to Chic Fillet instead as they answered right away.

i got my food quickly and absolutly loved the smile on the young womens face!

this jack in the box location made my fast food expierence great.

I was welcomed as I walked in the door, my food was hot and served quickly, but most of all the employees were so nice and friendly, the manager Desiree was very attentive and friendly she even came to our table and asked if we needed refills on our drinks and to ask if we needed anything, and as we were leaving the chef Damien was kind enough to ask how our food was and said thank you and he hoped to see us again soon. I have never been to a fast food place that had a manager wait on me and a cook who cared about if I was satisfied with my food. I will definitely be going back.

Fastest Jack in the Box I know!!

Asked for ranch with our order, not once but twice and still no ranch in my bags.

Why do they not ever answer the phone over there? I have tried and tried calling them for a couple months now.

I went to jack in the box at 1:45am 9/7/13 I'm currently under the influence of alcohol and was craving a sour dough jack. But that sweet lady gave me a jumbo jack... I had a perfect night until I came home to this burnt jumbo jack that I can't even eat. But them jalapeños poopers tho. They was the chain. I ain't tryna go back to get that sour dough. Just want to let her know so she doesn't ruin anyone else's night.

I love thier breakfast, its the bomb have never had a problem, manager is super nice

The place closes at midnight, went in there just before 10pm, they had NO salads available.. NO pizza bites, No mozarrella sticks..and I ordered a chocolate shake and there was NO whip topping with a cherry on top like i usually get it. I work nights in the Emergency room and we order late so we chose Jack in the Box, but since they are open till midnight but stop serving certain foods at 10 they should let people know that so they can plan to go elsewhere. Very disappointed!!!

I coudn't believe a couple of nights ago when I pulled to the window a young lady(Dennisha)asked if I wanted to buy weed. Im never going back there again

I visited there and place an Oder, they gave my order to the guy that came in after me. The guy left and brought it back in and they tried to give it to me. I advised them that was a Heath violation and to make my food over. The girl at the front took the bag to the back and tried to pass the same order off on me anyway. I then ask to speak with the manager and she never even approached me, she just gave me a refund.... They suck!

Poor customer service, women on drive thru very rude!!!! I clearly stated "um do you have..." She replies, "uh we don't sell um!" After that, I asked for a manager and she said there was no manager on staff, I was so over it! Never ever going to this jack in the box again even while it being down the street, I'd rather drive to blanco location!

i went into jack in the box i saw this fryer i ordered 30 tacos and 20 nuggets and 5 larger fries and the fryer hernan was going to work on them i was so happy. GO HERNAN

Extremely good food looked busy but got my food fast

The service I had was terrible. Not only was my order messed up but they charged me for what I actually ordered even though the order taker was the one that messed up. When I asked to have the correct fries a worker named sella gave me a dirty look and did not want to help me. She said it was my fault for the order being wrong. I will never eat at this jack in the box again because of her.

Carlos always gives my orders correct hes always smileing and happy he offered me bacon chedder wedges with my order Nd they were super good there has not been once my order was wrong its always fresh and always get everything i need thank you so much carlos

I got a big order saturday afternoon a girl nd a guy i understand that they had more people and time to get but after all they gave me my order exelent and good and Fresh thanks nd keep it up :)

Every time we have visited this location has been a total nightmare. They have NEVER fulfilled our orders correctly. Something is always missing or not right. It is also the only location where cost cutting is at it's best. ie; soda fountain doesn't have ice, drinks are horribly thinned out to the point of not being able to distinguish flavor, always out of condiments, to name a few. Lastly, management and staff are all unprofessional and rude. I predict this location to permanently close it's doors soon

We just spent 45 minutes waiting for breakfast. We had two other couples with us and there two employees working. They only took one order at a time and by the time the last couple ordered the first was finished and waiting. Manager you need more employees. Next time we want a fast food breakfast, it will not be Jack in the Box at your location.

This is a great store the person in charge Ms. Jennifer is very friendly the staff is very nice they seem to have fun while work together, the food is always fresh my family and I enjoy comming to a nice clean friendly place for dinner every Wednesday night after church. Thank you Jack

The staff at this restaurant has no manners at at all! They were totally rude to the deaf students that were there. Treating them like they were dumb and the service was horrible. Never going back there!

My tacos were cold, and the grease they cook them in taste like it was cooked in motor oil. My mini cookies were cold as well. And my drink, has soda running all down the sides. Very bad buisness.

my last visit was a little frustrating. usually pleasant. 1 person in front of me and we were there waiting about a half an hour for our order to be taken. one employee came in saw i was waiting stepped out and came back a while later. i felt like i was last in priority. note: employee working the drive through was doing her best to handle both the drive through and the counter. my visit took place 04/14/13

Fast Friendly and Great Quality Food

Only got half my order got all the way home went all the way back and the dude shut off all the lights as I pulled up to the window and acted like there was no one there. NOT HAPPY!!

I go to Jack in the Box at several locations. This location 3 out of the last 4 times have gotten order wrong. Be it forgetting cheese on a sandwich to this latest. Ordered curly fries. Was charged for Curly fries. What I got was a few curly fries over a large order of regular fries. Will not go back to this one for a long time. Will drive out of my way to the N. Market one that have gotten it wrong but never had a problem correcting it or being able to get a hold of them by phone to speak to them.

So I get home and i don't have my cheese sticks so I call and instead of an apology she asks do u have ur receipt I'm like am I going to eat the reciept we will give u something extra I live 10 min away I wasn't going back for 3 bucks all I wanted was an apology and didn't get one

Well I don't eat mayo so I always ask no mayo no sause they have put it like 3 times so I say they don't pay attention

This was our first and final time visiting this Jack in the Box, sadly enough. As much as we love the food, the service at the window was pushy and rude; not to mention, the entire order was wrong. We were over-charged for items not received.

Worst service I've experienced ! Honestly get better manners , it's the same lady all the time at night . If you don't like your job then quit people don't need your bad vibe . Jack in the box needs to do something about it please .

this location used to be good about 6 months ago but now every time i eat at this location without fail i get food poisoning even if i only have a coke .... which makes me think that they dont clean there ice bins.. black in your ice bins is bad mmmkay

This is one of the worst jack in the box I've eaten at the lady at the window lied to me about not having ranch when the did then I ordered a Philly steak sourdough and it was just awful I opened it barely had meat on hardly any sauce just disappointed :(

Not only is the store poorly ran, they have never gotten my order right. Don't know how hard it is for them to count tacos or add cheese to my jumbo jacks, but this will be the last time I go back to this location. So sad too since I am not from here and getting Jack in the Box is like that from home for us.

this jack in the box is pretty good the manager there the lady is very good she is good with customers however the cashiers need a little more work i do not eat meat so when i order no meat not only do they want to charge me they make the order wrong no no no and dont charge me for something im not eating pay attention the other day they didnt put the egg on the croissant i had to go home and cook egg i could have made it my self people come on

While ordering you can see the whole kitchen. everything was fine until i saw an employee (cook) slamming spatulas. This is very disturbing to see, i could tell he was upsetting other employees. i didn't complain thinking the situation was already awkward. I wasn't so happy he was making my food after witnessing this. I'm a daily customer, without saying a word the girl on the register apologized. That's the only reason why i will keep coming to this location

They always forget half your order. Horrible customer service! They argue with the costumer and the managers can't control their employees! We will NEVER go back and will tell everyone we know NOT go to this location!

I am undergoing cancer treatmentt and had a tumor removed near my eye. I am very grateful for Kindness from Jordon today. People. Like Jordan are what the world needs. Loving and kind and compassion ate. I am counting blessings..son just returned from war. Jordan made my day. What a kind man. Super employee you have. Thankyou so much

Why does Jacks close so early? I work nights, and by the time I get there they are closing. I realy like the food, and In-N-Out gets old. I would give a better rating but the hours suck.
