We took our Kids and Grand kids there for Easter Dinner Today..It was Fantastic and packed!..I love the little sizzlin pans and the hot pan desserts!..Great Little Chicken Pot Pies too....really enjoyed it!..Great Job!
I am not a fussy eater, but I was struggling to find something decent to eat. I tied the chicken, it was tough as nails. I tried the carved roast beef. It was totally over cooked. My recommendation stay away. I have 3 more group on coupons so I may try breakfast but no more dinners.
Samuel the Manager of Gardena Home Town Buffet is outstanding. He has excellent customer service skills. The restaurant has improve under his supervisions. He meets and greets his customers and make us feel good about coming to there to eat. I am glad he is a part of your management team.
My husband and I visited Hometown buffet to celebrate me being pregnant. While there I fell and slipped in the bathroom. The manager was rude, acted like she didn't believe I was pregnant. Going as far to say, "since you're pregnant when is your due date". Minding you I'm only 8 weeks pregnant, so you can't tell yet. I felt very disrespected, and I will never go back there again. Luckily everything is ok with my baby, I should bring him/her in there when he/she gets here. I wouldnt have given them any stars but it wouldn't let me.

You know, of course, that this location is closed! It's amazing, too, because it was always busy. Guess we ate them out of house and home ;-)
The food was bad, the help was rude, the whole experience was terrible. The fixtures were falling apart. What a waste of time and money.
We have come to this OCB since it opened and it is kind of like a family tradition. We see friends there and have enjoyed the food and atmosphere for years. We have been there twice recently and have been very disappointed in the food. For example, the chicken was dry and the cupcakes were like rocks. They seemed like they had been around for many days. The cupcake was not edible, only the frosting was good. The taste of some of the food was poor, there was no butter available (only margarine and a whipped spread). We love OCB but are reluctant to go back to that one,
