Some lack CS skills
I'm not the type to leave negative feedback for any business but when the sales rep talks to you with an attitude as if you did something so wrong by asking and wanting clarification as to why something is then they don't need to be working at the counter. Trust me when I say I was "polite" when I questioned the matter at the time. This is not the first time I encountered a dislike with professionalism at this store location. I can only speak for my past experiences so please don't take this the wrong way but it's as though the Bettys lack the CS more than the Dudes. No need for attitude and stares when asked to clarify something. I'm not sure who hired the manager but she doesn't need to work there if she can't even accommodate the situation accordingly.
