I love this Harbor Freight and for the most part have always found them knowledgeable. Other than one girl who told me they didn't carry a few things they did, which I found myself I have never had any problems there, and the merchandise is an exceptional value.

I called again to ask availability of a specific tool and the prices. I was told they had three in stock. When I arrived 45 minutes later, they had none. They didn't know the difference between an angle drill and a regular drill. I wasted 1 1/2 hours of driving. Go elsewhere.

Parking is a tough one. Once parked your visit is pleasureful. Anther good size store packed with all their goodies. Thumbs up!

They have a wide variety of tools and other supplies at a good price. The staff is professional and quick.

We bought colored solar lights that change colors constantly in the shape of a hummingbird, a dragonfly and a butterfly at the price of 3 for $10.00 from Harbor Freight. We had previously bought these at Lowe's and their price was $10.00 each.

I live in Arizona, but every time I travel to Las Vegas, I stop at this store. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is smaller than other Harbor Freight stores I've visited, but they have it all. If it's not out front, it's in the back room. And we all know the incredible deals to be had from Harbor Freight. I'm going tomorrow, 3/8, because I am traveling to Vegas to pick my daughter up from the airport. Check it out.

As of this weekend, I am an ex-customer. While shopping there on march 1, 2013 there was a shouting match in the back area that was so loud it could be heard on the sales floor.

When I asked an employee what was going on he told me that the manager is involved in a situation. The situation clearly involved a manager with serious anger issues who was screaming and swearing at an employee.

I won't shop at a store that handles internal concerns in this manner.

While I have recieved fair customer service when I visit the Lafayette La store , every time I try to call and get a price /availability of an item I meet resistance and a general lack of attention to detail, once I waited 15 min on old while an associate :looked for the item:They never returned to the phone.

Each time I've gone every person has been friendly and helpful. When I have weird off the wall requests for odd tools, they drop what they are doing and look for me until i'm happy. Can't ask for more than that.
